   We have been dining and taking out of town family and friends to Faded since it opened. Always had great service and even better food! The casual garden setting complements the owner’s eclectic style and relaxing ambiance. The new Backyard at Faded brings Key West vibes to downtown Sebring and the food truck puts out tasty innovative reasonably priced dishes and sides, the wood fired pizza oven imparts great flavors to the classic pie in just a few minutes all while live music plays on some nights and adds to the Key West experience. Owners Bob, Tiffani, Mina, Devra and staff make sure all as it should be while you’re enjoying a unique dining experience in Highlands County. Cheers!🍷

   We had a delicious meal. I asked server how to order my burger to get pink a d he said medium. But that was incorrect as it was definitely not pink. But still moist and good. The market catch street tacos were outstanding. And for desert we had Guinness cake that was fantastic.

   My husband and I are from Boston and we always go to Faded when visiting my mom. We took my mom and my aunt for "Wine Down Wednesdays" and had the beef filet capone. It is the most mouthwatering dish we've had. My husband always orders the lamb. It is amazing. The bruschetta for an appetizer is absolutely delicious. Highly recommend this restaurant. Sit outside and enjoy the night!

    We sat at the bar for dinner and drinks. Jason was outstanding. Very knowledgeable and accommodating. He made sure we were well taken care of at all times. The food was spot on, and our drinks were never empty. Love this place!

    Wonderful garden like atmosphere, you can choose to eat indoors or out. Good service. A variety of food so even the Vegan and Keto eaters had options to order.

    Unique outside dining with good quality food and excellent service. Have been a couple of times during our time in Sebring and would recommend and also pet friendly which is great for us.

    We stopped in for a drink in the afternoon on Friday and had a chance to look over the menu. Jennifer was wonderful and shared the upcoming events for Saturday. We returned on Saturday for dinner and had an amazing dinner and drinks. We enjoyed they ambiance and natural surroundings. Bob and Mina (owners)were so inviting and friendly. The outdoor bar had a great relaxed feel and had food options if you wanted a more relaxed meal. This is a hidden gem in Sebring!

    we really loved the cocktails. The food was too pricey for what we got. Not crazy about the food taste but would go again for the ambiance and the drinks. We sat outside. Beautiful surroundings

    We had the market catch of halibut with asparagus and wild rice. The fish was flakey and delicious and the asparagus was fresh. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We topped off our dinner with chocolate peanut butter pie. It did not disappoint.

    I made a reservation online with Open Table a couple days ahead. (Valentines Day Reservation) We arrived and were seated right away at our table. The outdoor area is quite inviting, natural and gives the eye a lot to look at. The waiter came quickly and brought us water, asking if we wanted anything else to drink and brought us 2 chocolate covered strawberries. We selected our appetizer and entree and ordered after our drinks came. Our Crab Stuffed Mushrooms were delicious! We ordered the Airplane Chicken with fingerling potatoes and roasted Brussel sprouts. All of which were very good. Overall, our experience was very good and we would return.

    This restaurant is always perfect! The pan seared Tile fish was fabulous! The steaks were cooked to perfection and so was the chicken linguine special. Our server was attentive and anticipated our needs. We love this restaurant!

    Very disappointed in the brunch. Understand why they don't have any food photos on the web site. Food was average diner food served on plates too small and without a modicum of presentation. When I let the server know that in the effort to cut and eat the meal, the eggs benedict kept pushing off the plates (a coffee cup saucer basically) onto the table, no effort was made to provide an alternative. For the price, an extremely poor experience. Unfortunately this was our first brunch here & we took out of town guests for good food and great wine. None of it happened. Will not be going back nor recommending it.

    Whenever I travel to the Sebring Race Track I make several reservations at Faded. Always an interesting menu. Always great food. Really nice outdoor dining weather permitting. It has gotten expensive - as have many fine restaurants. Staff were pleasant and service was fine.

    Food was awesome. Dessert was even better. Yummy waffle with ice cream and apple crisps. The Mahogany antique bar inside is stunning. We made reservations to sit outside however we were seated inside and told nothing was available for outside. Was a bit disappointed that we could not enjoy sitting outside but it was not bad inside.

    My wife and I have been going to Faded Bistro for years, but they have raised their prices to the point that we wouldn’t be able to afford to go there very often anymore. $22.00 for a hamburger is just ridiculous.

    The food is always delicious and the atmosphere is outstanding. I've been in Sebring for 5 years and just recently discovered this restaurant and I'm so glad that I did. I highly recommend Faded!
