One of the BEST restaurants in Orlando!! I come from an extremely picky family that pretty much only eats at five star restaurants and this restaurant passed with flying colors. We stayed at the Hyatt hotel and ending up eating here 2/3 nights we were in town. First night we all had steak, great quality steaks! And the second night we tried their pasta, giant meatball is a MUST for appetizer! Our fave menu items were: The Meatball, Pesto pasta (add grilled chicken) Rigatoni pasta, and Bolognese (pro tip, ask for extra spice if that’s ur vibe 🌶️) and of course the filet mignon steak.

Fiorenzo was wonderful as always; it was already fantastic before, so the additional enhancements are notable. Sky-Angel at the hostess station was extremely gracious and accommodating. Her poise and welcoming attitude are laudable, and she is among the best hostesses we have encountered at Fiorenzo. We were also very pleasantly surprised to have Sasha again as waitstaff for our table. The culinary suggestions and descriptors were all wonderful. For example, the chef’s signature Nonna’s Meatball did indeed “fall apart/melt in your mouth,” and the other appetizer, the pepperoncini yogurt with red pepper flakes fried calamari, was superb. For the main course, the chef’s creation pan seared salmon with rock shrimp risotto and asparagus was indeed a “must-try,” as was the Wagyu Bolognese. For the final sweet course, the tiramisu had exactly the desired airy cream, espresso soak, and cocoa powder finish. As a final touch, Sasha also gave us various on-property insights. It was a perfect meal to relax and unwind after a high-paced day.

We had an amazing time celebrating our 46th wedding anniversary at Fiorenzo’s Italian Steakhouse. Dining here was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The food was fresh and very flavorful. The staff were so friendly, courteous and attentive to anything we needed. We will definitely be returning to Fiorenzo’s.

I stayed at the Hyatt Orlando for a conference and visited Fiorenzo Italian Steakhouse. I tried it the first day because it was convenient but with so many great choices and amazing food not to mention the excellent service, I ate there 3 times during my visit! EVERYTHING I tried was quality beautifully presented food. HIGHLY Recommend.
