   Service was very nice but very slow. Food was tasty. Nice decor but the bathrooms were not maintained and pretty gross/messy.

   We love this place for brunch. The food is as beautiful looking as it tastes. The interior decor and service can’t be beat. I love how they offer the brunch and lunch menus.

   It was my first time eating here and I can say I really enjoyed myself! The service was wonderful and the food was so delicious and flavourful and fresh! I will definitely come back and share my experience with all my friends and family!

   We only had a few appetizers and drinks. Unfortunately an ambulance came to the hotel and ruined the ambiance. Not in the greatest part of the city but the service was great.

   The food was excellent! Had the mushroom dish and sope appetizer. Small portions for the price but the flavours are incredible. Service was a little slow, but server was friendly and the atmosphere great.

    The 5 course mole tasting was amazing and the service fantastic. My favourite was the chicken and my partner loved the tamal. The one drawback was the loud, drunk staff member at the bar who eventually stormed off for some reason. When we left we saw that she had thrown the large box and gift bag she had at the bar in the snow beside the front door. Not a good look. Other than that it was fantastic and we will be back for sure.

    Everything from the atmosphere to the food and service was amazing. I highly recommend this place. You absolutely must have the guacamole. It was the best that I’ve ever had.

    Tuna dish was very good and so was the cheesecake. Our server was attentive and very knowledgeable. The burrata salad was lacking a wow factor and did not have much flavour or seasoning to it and the pork that comes with tortillas for tacos also lacked seasoning and flavour.

    Room was too noisy, chair uncomfortable, menu was difficult to understand, drinks were good, appetizer was ok, all food dishes were lukewarm, complimentary dessert was a little raw in the middle. Appreciated the gesture but the night was disappointing compared to my previous visit and I expect more for $200+ tip.

    Went for brunch/lunch. Our waiter was awesome… and he seemed to be the only one working. The food ranged from good to amazing! We all tried the special hot chocolate for the YYC Hot Chocolate Festival, and it was delicious! Will definitely go back to try dinner menu!

    Our first server did not know how to advise us to order and said she was not acquainted with the menu. That set the tone. Had been when it first opened and the service was exceptional. Was disappointed yesterday evening.

    I have been here a few times but this time was honestly awful - the server we had was one of the worst I have ever had. Too chatty, didn’t listen, forgot stuff, talked about her menopause like a bit too much, messed up drinks. Food was great as always, but my parents are BOTH sick the day after…disappointing after trying to go celebrate a birthday. Normally recommend but will not confidently after this experience.

    The rib steak was simply horrible and cold even though it looked really appetizing at first but the taste was absolutely awful. I expected the food to be made fresh which I doubt was. Never coming back here.

    Gorgeous space. Depending where you sit you can hear perfectly other tables conversations due to the architecture. The food was incredible. The service was prompt for food but slower for water and beverages. We had a nice time overall.

    Went here for lunch. The atmosphere was great -bright, airy, modern. Our server was wonderful. The food was fantastic. We had the beet salad, squash salad and salsa taster. Flavourful and delicious.

    The starters were really good ( Tuna Tostada and Tlacoyo de Hongos) but the mains was a big disappointment, the Pork Belly was under seasoned, lacked of flavour, the Mackerel was salty.

    Friendly and attentive service but the quality of the food is inconsistent. The flavours of the tuna tostada are delicious and our meal started off nicely. The pork belly carnitas and the pescado zarandeado were disgusting. The mackerel used in the pescado was so overpowering and fishy that it drowned out all of the other flavours and we couldn’t finish the meal. I appreciated the wide variety of gluten and dairy free items on the menu but left disappointed and hungry.

It is certainly not a fish for everyone. I will be chatting with Chef later today about making a change to the fish we are using for this dish.     Fonda fora is one of my favorites rataurants in town. Sadly yestarday the tacos weren't that good because the tortillas were so cold. We notified the waitress and she offered to changed them. But is that first impression when the food arrives at your table and is cold.

    The waiter was lovely, made us feel welcome and explained each dish thoroughly without getting confusing. The food was quite good, and every dish felt unique. The architecture of the restaurant is stunning as well.

    Server was very helpful at interpreting the menu and helping choose items for one of our group- who had strong preferences. Guac was delicious! Very fresh. We enjoyed the pork belly and the mackerel, with both the beet and mushroom salads. The beets were lovely, the mushroom dish was not quite as good; lost in sauce that hid the flavours. Nice room and a big step up from taqueria style dining.

    Beautiful restaurant, amazing service, very flavourful food. The carrots were a little too al dente and the chocolate cheesecake would have been better with some vanilla ice cream, but overall 4/5 !
