   Poor service. Cold food had to send back. Never got asked for another drink or offered additional Yorkshire pudding which it says on the menu. Very disappointed for the price it cost.

   I think the food is good but far too expensive for what you get. We waited a while to get our food and I just think it’s too loud if you want to be able to talk to the people you’re having dinner with. I also asked for a bday cake and candle and the lady said it was complimentary however, no one bought out a dessert. I didn’t bother asking again as I didn’t want to wait any longer.

   The restaurant was busy when we visited. Staff were great from entering the restaurant to taking / bringing our orders. Food was good, ambience decent.

   Disappointing set meal, very limited menu and no option to upgrade or pay extra for anything different. Also my steak was ocer cooked. Steak on set meal nothing like steaks that were coming out to others not having set meal. Feel would be better letting you use £100 towards the bill so you could choose own meal.

    We went to Gaucho on a friends recommendation, we weren't disappointed. Food amazing, steaks cooked to perfection, waiting staff were very helpful, attentive and on the ball. Would recommend and would definitely go again.

    Absolutely the best steak all of us have ever had. We loved the cocktails, wine and coffee. Everything was special and different. We loved it. Definitely will be going back.

    The restaurant lighting was so bad I couldn’t even see the menu, something apparently they’ve tried to sort out but had not been possible. Trying to have a conversation with my husband was almost impossible as it was so noisy and the Rib Eye steak was chewy not even the steak knives done the job. We were Only down for the weekend and it ruined our evening, couldn’t wait to leave. We’ve been to Gaucho in London a few times and never experienced any of this before. Unfortunately would think twice about returning

    It was amazing diner experience, all staff was brilliant, and special thank you for Patrik. They all made our evening special, because we celebrated our birthdays with my wife together. We highly recommend this place!

    This restaurant was an amazing experience and the perfect place to go for a special occasion or a date, we went for my girlfriend’s birthday, we didn’t ask for any special favours but the restaurant brought us a beautifully decorated plate saying happy birthday on it before our dessert course, which we thought was lovely.

    Was given as a gift so wasn’t sure what to expect, the gift menu had 3 choices of each course which was very limited, was also given the main menu but as it was gift chose from the limited menu. Food was nice service was excellent, wished I asked about the 2 menu’s, as now I believe that they would have changed if I asked. Would book again and have a different experience.

    Good, but very expensive. Nice restaurant area, good service and the steaks were great. I don't mind paying for quality, but £18 for a medium glass of red wine. Or £72 for the bottle. Really? A wine I know, that I can buy for about £20 a bottle retail. The mark-up is outrageous.

    First time experiencing Gaucho and it was definitely one to remember, I thought I’d had perfect steaks in the past but they just don’t compare to the steak I had at Gaucho, services was impeccable and food came pretty much within minutes of ordering. Would recommend and will be going again in future

    Have been to Gaucho several times and the staff have always been very attentive but on this occasion, much less so. It's the first time we had a Sunday roast there and I can't say it was any better than any decent pub roast, which is a shame as was expecting greater things. Would definitely return for the steaks, but not for the Sunday roast.

    We visited on 11th March for my boyfriends birthday , our server was Matt and he was lovely , enthusiastic and very attentive we had a great time ! food, service and atmosphere was wonderful Definitely be coming back

    We were a table of five, we would have been better seated on a round table rather than a table for six; (know to request this next time) Atmosphere went to an enjoyable buzz once a very loud group left and stopped using their flash camera; We were with two teens and a ten year old and staff were kind to them; needed to call over a waiter to take our drink/food order. Staff were friendly.

    Lovely meal. Felt very welcome from the moment we walked into the restuarant. Very professional. Didnt feel rushed into anything. Shown all yhe selection of steaks. Able to cater for my wifes dietary requirements. Food melted in your mouth. Very good choice. The alchol free drinks were very nice. Definitely would go back.

    Great atmosphere considering it was a Wednesday evening. Front of house and waiting staff exceptional. Food was pretty good too. Melt in your mouth steaks all round. A great experience and ideal for client entertainment. One of the party was Coeliac and dishes were adjusted accordingly; not like all restaurants.

    I would not normally go out for a steak as I can cook steak well at home. However Gaucho had been recommended to me. The lunch menu seemed very good value for money and suited our timetable that day. The steak didn’t disappoint and the béarnaises sauce and chips were also good. My partner and I shared the osso bucco and bream ceviche starters and both were delicious. We also shared the puddings. I’m not a pudding eater but the small but exquisite hit of sugar was just right. A most enjoyable and good value neal.

    Noisy, poor service (slow, not paying attention, forgetting cutlery, forgetting dessert menus , getting bill wrong…) Steaks good - but that’s it. Overall an overpriced experience in a fairly dull space, none of the drama of other Goucho’s and just not the experience we expected (or paid for). There are many better restaurants in the area.
