   I have been to this restaurant plenty of times and the service was horrible this time, the food was cold, the chicken was disgusting and we got our food before we got our drinks. The waitress forgot about us multiple times. Definitely won’t be back again.

   We went to Greenfinch on a Sunday at 11 for a brunch with a reservation for three people. We had requested an outside table but there weren’t any, which is understandable. The hostess was very confused and asked us about three or four times if we had a reservation and what the name was. Then we waited for about 10-15 minutes for the table to become available and she kept running back and forth to speak with her manager. We were sat at a table for 6 and the hostess then asked us two more times if the reservation was for 3 or 4. Just a general sense of confusion and understaffing — we even asked if everything was okay! We waited about 10 minutes for just our waters to be filled and struggled to even make eye contact with the member of the waitstaff. At a certain point, we were all laughing at how ridiculous it was and were about to get up and leave. There was a wedding group there so maybe we were the odd table out and not treated to the same level of service, but it was very surprising for a hotel of this level. Once we actually ordered and got our food, everything was fine and the food was good, but the service was just so odd and either deeply understaffed or requiring better communication.

   Embarrassingly bad continental buffet food with fancy titles to draw you in. $500 for Easter brunch (for 3 adults 1 kid) and I would have honestly liked the food at a hospital about the same. They had all the doors open and it was cold outside so you can bet you couldn’t even bite into the stale bread that had probably been sitting for hours. On top of that they charged a 5% service charge on top of the quoted price that was never mentioned. When asked about the server responded “we charge this instead of changing menu prices” yet the Easter brunch was like $25 more than last year so that’s obviously not true. Nasty business practice to present as high end and serve cafeteria food with hidden charges. Just a big nope, I can’t think of very many meals I’ve had where I thought “what a scam” the entire time. Grounds, hotel, and dining room were cute though.

   We had a family brunch/lunch, and our entrees were beautifully plated and delicious !!! The service was impeccable. We had a 15 month old with us and the server brought the toddler a cute little stuffed pony to keep her happy (nice touch !).

    This is a lovely spot for a special meal. The menu items are a little uneven in quality, something easily addressed by talking with the server and asking for recommendations. The tableware and decor are beautiful without being over the top. The host and team were gracious enough to relocate us inside when our patio reservation was a bust due to wind and rain.     Definitely eat outside - they have heaters and the view is great. Good service and meals. The seafood items were very good, but you’re going there for the view and atmosphere above all else.

    The ambience was great and venue was amazing. However, service was less than par. Our waiter did not check in on us and we had to continuously flag another server to let them know we’re ready to order. No one refilled our water, either. We were left alone and hanging a lot.

    Very pleasant restaurant for hotel and non-hotel guests. At beginning of meal we mentioned we said we would like coffee with dessert after we ate meal, but immediately after they cleared our dishes from our meal we were brought bill without asking about drinks/dessert ... especially annoying since we mentioned that we wanted this at the start. (restaurant only had 3 other tables filled so not trying to turn over table) Other service short falls that could be fixed with training.

    My husband and I love this place. The service was amazing however there was a workout class happening on the lawn just below us which made it a bit loud. However, still beautiful and still a wonderful time.

    The wait staff was exceptional and the food delicious, attractively presented and perfect quantity. Hot coffee and tea were offered at just the right frequency. We had a large group and we were very pleased with our post wedding brunch experience

    We received the most amazing service from Karina - she was so attentive and thought of everything! The atmosphere is gorgeous - beautiful decor/lovely dishes - every little touch is there. The food did not measure up to this 5 star - but was still incredible - and to have gluten free options was such a bonus!! Food was 4 star - so paying 5 star price is not great, but overall would go here again. Incredible experience thanks to Karina!!!

    I took my wife and our daughters to Greenfinch for lunch on Mother's Day and we had a great time. The restaurant is really pretty inside and out. We sat on the outdoor area overlooking the hotel courtyard, but the indoor area is open to the outdoor as well. The service was excellent, the manager, hostesses and servers were all so pleasant and helpful. Our food was great and came out quickly. We shared the burger and fries - both really good, the cobb salad with chicken - also really good but a little less dressing would be better, and the buttermilk pancakes with strawberries which were very good. I had a palomo and my wife had a cappuccino, and we enjoyed everything we ate and drank. I will definitely go back and will take family or friends who are in town visiting. The ambience is excellent.

    Went here for Mother’s Day, the hotel is lovely. It stopped there, burnt bacon, over cooked patched eggs, and got the bill without being asked if we wanted anything else. Sorry, I won’t recommend going here. Ruined my Mother’s Day :-(

    For a hotel restaurant it’s decent, nothing spectacular or noteworthy. Drinks were nice, but food was on the bland side and lacked creativity. If you’re staying at the hotel it’s convenient, but don’t come here for just the restaurant.

    We had a lovely brunch right after our massage at The spa. I made reservations so that we could sit on the patio outside that looked over the beautiful courtyard. We ordered an omelette and the Cochinits pibil quesadillas and they Were delicious. Our server and host were great and very Polite. Overall a nice relaxing experience.

    The Greenfinch has a nice atmosphere inside as well as a lovely balcony area where one can look out over the grassy fountain area of the hotel. Charming and tasteful. My avocado toast was tasty. Only downside was that on this day their specialty coffee machine was not working. I would recommend this place and I would go again.
