   The waiters and staff are really attentive to all your needs and the food presentation is impressive, first time going there for valentines with my other half and look forward for the next visit.

   Won't return. Staff were racist towards us. Service was none existent. We had to ask for drinks multiple times and one drunk order was asked for 4 times as it didn't turn up, one of the staff put a glass on wine on the table and when we went to ask for something else he put his hand up to us to tell us no! I've never known anything like it. Noticed they didn't treat other customers the same way!!

   Great good, you just got to try it. It's something different but we'll worth a try iv you not had hotpot before but would have it again. If you not fan of sharing maybe not for you. I would have rated 5 stars only thing let it down was open table. Our booked table was not on their system but they seated us as I shown them all all booming info. So lost some confidence in opem table.

   Service was appalling, ages before they came to take order and then did not explain the menu. We had to turn off the hot playe ourselves as the broth was burning.. Way over priced as no one came for us to order more anyway

    Food was average, you cook them yourself since its a hot pot. Ingredients are limited to 3 rounds of orders. Upon arrival I was left waiting for someone to speak to me, then I was handed a paper to order from. This was my first time being there and no one asked if I knew how to do the ordering. Normally when you go to a buffet or any restaurant they will ask if you know how to order or tells you what to do. My family and I were left guessing. The noise level was quite loud, so we had to sit closer to each other so we can hear what everyone was trying to say. We wouldn’t go back because of the noise level, lack of service, and food is better at a different hot pot place

    Food very nice .. but the sevice very very bad.. The price the same halidao but halidao they very good.. when i came theu open the door , they say hello, but your No , the laddy don't aks any thing .. she not happy when see us.. you need to see back your staf

    2nd Time we have been as so impressed the 1st, but different, and frankly rude, dismissive staff, we got the same portion sizes for 4 people we got for two on our 1st visit on all the sea food options and rice, this include 5 prawns???. We were on a time limited, which we were aware of, but when it takes over 10mins, and 4 attempts to get any service to order each round, this is a bit stupid and difficult to keep to, they came and gave us our bill after we had only just received our final order, and then stood at the end of the table while we were still eating for payment, and I mean right at the end of the table. Would I go a third time, probably not, would I recommend, the concept yes, the place and service NO.

    First time attending, even tho we booked a table we still had a 20 min wait for our table. Once sat no one explained anything to us, it was out first time and unsure how it worked. We figured it out eventually but none of the staff really interacted with us.

    First time having a hot pot in a restraunt, my friends have never had one before. Can in the manager I’m guessing was straight forward and a bit rude. Tried to give us the al a crate menu when we booked for the buffet. He said we only had an hour but the restraunt didn’t close for roughly 1.5hrs. We insisted on the buffet and set up was really quick, I tried asking for advice on recommendations and how long to cook the meat. They hastily and slightly rudely gave us a cheat sheet if you will. We had no clue what we were doing so just started putting bits of everything in the broths. The food was amazing, tastey and the variety’s of soups and broths you can make with the sauces we brought were delicious. One server was very helpful though I didn’t get her name ,where as the other ones didn’t bother asking us if we wanted a drink or anything and when asking for the next round of meats and fillings they simply scoffed and walked away. Overall this was for my birthday and although the food was amazing, the service and a few staff let it down, the manager came across very rude and made us feel like we were a burden when we spent about £80 in his restaurant.

    As for the food we have no complaints at all , however was very dissapointed as we booked the table for my daughters birthday and was 1st told we couldn't select 3 broths as the table we was seated at could only hold 2. I asked if we could move table to one that would allow this (it was very quiet and lots of free table for the almost 2 hours we was there ) but was sternly just told no!.... again it was my daughters birthday and this was somewhere she had wanted to visit for a while (she's 8 and just loves food from around the world) she tried on a few occasions to interact with staff to either ask a question about the food or tell them it was good and thank them and was just sadly ignored or looked at awkwardly 🙁 .... after we had finished we paid our bill which was about £125 and went to leave my daughter again attempted to thank staff before leaving only to be ignored as they seemed too busy talking to eachother. She loved the food but unfortunately it wasn't the welcoming atmosphere we hoped it would be.

    This review can only be took for initial impressions as we did not get to eat there due to impolite man on reception. We booked a last minute table around an hour before as an impromptu visit OpenTable & the restaurant accepted booking but on arrival the gentleman on reception initially could not find my booking after eventually locating it we were then told that they were very busy & to sit in a small & crowded waiting area. We were given no indication as to when our table would be ready the restaurant looked chaotic & overly busy basically the gentleman was unhelpful & rather abrupt & the restaurant seems to have a problem with they’re reservation system at busy times,after sitting down for a few minutes we decided to walk out & find another restaurant within the area.

    Great food and very friendly manager. As first time visitor would have appreciated some explanation of the concept, but thoroughly enjoyed the food and will definitely be coming back and recommending it to friends :)

    The food was really good. Different concept cooking food in broth. Selected the pre-ordered food selection menu which was £26pp. It was so filling. Got abit tired towards the end with the amount of cooking but it was an really easy process. The dumplings were good too.

    the food is always so amazing. Absolutely love Happy Lamb's hotpot. We tried the lamb loin this time and it was the best lamb we ever had! Definitely a must have. Lamb skewers were a bit too spicy this time but they were still very delish. Will definitely come back.

    Amazing Location Variety and Food! We had the Spicy Chicken Medium and Chicken Broth Menu 1 and it was amazing! So filling, flavoursome and fun! Fantastic value, Tasty and Clean Chilled Atmosphere! Excited to keep returning, hopefully with better chopstick skills ❤️💕 Fantastic Staff and Menu

    First time at the Happy Lamb Hot Pot, absolutely loved it. The service was outstanding, very attentive. We opted for the set menu for4 which gave a huge variety of meat, fish & vegetables. The quality and taste were superb, highly recommend.
