Always a busy pub, particularly on a Friday, so if you’re planning to eat, I’d definitely recommend booking ahead. Bar Service can be a little slow during busy periods, especially when there are only two members of staff covering the bar. The front-of-house staff are always friendly and helpful, which is a positive. My biggest gripe, however, would be the bathroom facilities. They are consistently unpleasant, with lingering smells, and on busy days can become quite dirty. More frequent checks and cleaning during peak times would make a huge difference. The food is grand if you’re looking for straightforward, quick pub grub, and that’s exactly how I’d recommend approaching it. Overall, a busy, lively pub with friendly front-of-house staff, but there’s definitely room for improvement in service during peak times and, particularly, the cleanliness of the bathrooms.

Friendly staff and great food. The harbourmaster pub is like the tardis.......looks small but really big inside. Deffo come back next time in dublin 👍🏼

Booked a table here for dinner before a show in the 3arena. Can’t fault anything had a lovely meal only complaint was medium steak was well done but still enjoyed

Had a great experience at Harbourmaster Bar before heading to a concert at the Convention Centre Dublin. The food was lovely, just what we needed for a bite to eat before the show, and the drinks were great too. What really made the experience stand out was our server, Elizabeth. There were eight of us, and she very kindly agreed to split the bill between all 8 people, which made everything so much easier. Elizabeth was friendly, efficient, and incredibly attentive throughout. She remembered everyone's orders without missing a beat, which was genuinely impressive given the size of our group. The service was quick, professional, and delivered with a smile. Overall, it was a fantastic start to our evening. The combination of good food, great service, and a relaxed atmosphere made for a very enjoyable visit. We'd love to come back again and spend more time exploring the restaurant and enjoying the beautiful views. Highly recommended, and a special thank you to Elizabeth for making our visit so memorable! 😊🍷🍽️

Disappointed by the waitress pushing us to leave our table at 8.15 pm. We are in a pub restaurant, so we were all unhappy with the constant interruptions to clear the table when it was unnecessary and rude. It is a large pub and we were in the pub section not the restaurant so no acceptable reason after having drinks and dinner. It spoiled the evening.
