                                    It’s hotel food. With that as a reference point, it’s probably better than most chain hotel restaurants. With regard to trying to compare it to an independent restaurant, it just did not meet that level of expectation. High filet was ordered Medium and came out well done. A total waste of an other excellent cut of beef. Chef recooked it and it was the way it should be. Baked potato was old but we did arrive at 9:30 for a 10:00 close. Decor is beautiful but just not a polished restaurant experience. Probably should have ranked as a 3 rather than 4, but I wanted to be kind.

                                    We had a wonderful Brunch after Easter Sunday service. The selection was amazing and the food was delicious! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great service from the omlet team and all the other servers.

                                    The food seems to be normally good as far as the normal menu, but the valentine’s day menu was not worth the value at all. The menu was small and barely had any options at all, the streak that we received was originally undercooked and we had to ask them to recook it. The entire valentine’s day price was around $168.88 that included a mandatory tip. I think that the value was extremely overpriced and the food we got was absolutely terrible. I think the normal menu would’ve been fine but the entire valentine’s day theme and menu was a joke.

                                    There was a set valentine menu. One of the entrée options was a fillet and you couldn’t have it cooked the way you want it as they only prepared it medium.  Our waitress seemed overwhelmed, and we had to wait a long time on our cocktails. They were out of all draft beers.  None of the staff were very friendly and seemed stressed. Too expensive for the amount and quality of the food. Probably will not return.

                                    For Valentine's Day, the only menu options were the specials they had for the holiday. Mostly fish. When I booked online, there were no indications that this would be the only menu available. Being limited to that menu, we decided to leave.

                                    While we were seated on time, no one came to give us water, take a drink order or give us a menu. I had to chase down a busboy who directed me to where they keep the water, so I could get my own. After 30 minutes, we were able to get a waitress to finally pay attention to us even though she was waiting on the table right next to us. When she did come to our table, she said we were hiding from her. She took our order for the set menu meal and then it took another 20 minutes for an assistant to bring the salad. They even missed the first course which was to be before the salad. After another 20 minutes of watching our waitress ignore us, we flagged down another waitress who tried to take our order again. At that point, we just got up and left the restaurant. The experience was not horrible.

                                    We were disappointed in our experience. We were told that we had to order off of the Valentine pre fixe menu, but then watched three other tables around us be allowed to order off of the standard menu, which is what we wanted to do. The service was slow and very lackluster. My husband’s steak was overcooked. They did adjust the bill because of this, but the quality of the food just wasn’t equal to what we paid for our meal.

                                    Took a hour for the apps. No one took our drink order for 35 min. I would recommend to come to the restaurant 2 hours before you start to get hungry.
