Sunday, May 31, was the last day that Home Restaurant in Brantford was open. After 14 years Jared was closing the doors. In the past we would go there nearly once a week and had their salads, or main entrées and their burgers! Always it was good and always a very good value. Steve or Rob at the bar were both friendly and made excellent drinks! We were happy yet bittersweet about the closing and we were very happy to be there one last time.

Absolutely amazing. It's really sad that Home has to close. It's the only restaurants in the entire state that I have never experienced cross contamination with gluten. I really wish that there was a way for Home to stay open. I will miss Steve's drink and the amazing gluten free options available.

Salmon with risotto was excellent. A member of our party had allergies and they were extremely accommodating. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. We had a wonderful experience!

We have enjoyed coming here several times. Everything very nice in all categories. The only comment was that the Mac & cheese was dry & not creamy.

We had a great time during our first visit to Home and look forward to returning again and again. The food is elevated comfort food. Everything we ordered from appetizers to dessert was interesting, satisfying, and delicious. Service is friendly and attentive without being intrusive. We went on a date night, and it would work equally well for the family or a gathering of friends. Definitely something for all tastes. Highly recommend.
