We went for our anniversary and we were sat close to the bar, which was great because it was quite nice! I love the whole vibe of the place and loved the tree behind the bar. They gave us free prosecco which was lovely of them and our waiter (I didn't get her name but she was a woman with ginger hair) was amazing and super attentive. The negatives come from a few small things. While the drinks were fantastic, the food was lacking. The chicken stack I had tasted great, but the chicken was quite dry, and the sirloin steak sandwich was okay. It was a little overcooked, to be honest, but still tasted fine. The next negative was the live music, which was good, but was VERY loud to the point that my wife and I could barely hear each other. It wasn't that we were too close because eventually they lowered the volume on the speakers and it was great. He sounded wonderful and at a normal volume added to the atmosphere.Overall for the price there are more expensive places that you could do worse in. Plus with the staff being as nice as they are and the food being fairly tasty overall I still recommend House Belfast.

Requested 1st Balcony weeks in advance. Got a table by a ground floor window, staff were all 100% and service was fantastic. Mexican fish and chips was beautiful.

Lovely warm welcome, service was brilliant and attentive. Cocktails (especially Smoke over Paradise) were delicious. Great array of spirits behind the bar but only feedback was surprised they don’t stock local gin, Jawbox.

Overall we had a fantastic day celebrating my sisters birthday at House. The atmosphere was great, service very good and the food and boozy lunch package was amazing value for money, would thoroughly recommend.

Visited during the day. Good friendly service, poor food, soggy mexican fish and chips, inedible pulled pork sandwich. Poor quality wine by the glass, served in tired surroundings. Would not go back.
