Over dit restaurant

Manchester city centre has no shortage of Chinese restaurants, but Chinatown's Hunan Restaurant is a name that stands out from the rest – it is the only place in the Northwest to specialise in Hunan cuisine. Originating from Southern central China, Hunan cuisine is known for its bold flavour profiles and liberal use of chilli. Try some seafood specials like the velvet crab with preserved vegetables and chilli or the spicy lobsters in a Hunan style, go for a classic like the aromatic crispy duck, or of you are feeling adventurous try some braised pig’s feet in a hot sauce. With an extensive selection of vegetarian and vegan options too, Hunan caters to all tastes and dietary requirements. Book a table and head on over to George Street for an authentic Chinese feast in Manchester’s Spinningfields area

From the outside I was dubious about what I had booked- but no need to be as inside was fab and the food was excellent and great value plus really good portions which I couldn’t believe for the price Highly recommend
