PLEASE NOTE: As we use peanut oil and nuts in most of our dishes we are NOT a nut allergy friendly restaurant. Children's menu is for 12 years and under.

Huski Kitchen located in the heart of Falls Creek, specialises in an enviable range of South East Asian Dishes and mouth watering cocktails that are also South East Asian inspired.

Lunch served from 12pm. 5 days a week (Wed to Sun). Walk in only.
Dinner served from 5.00pm. 5 days day a week (Wed to Sun)- bookable online.
Closed on Monday's & Tuesday's.

A strict 1.5 hrs sitting applies to all bookings 7 people and under.

From Winter 2026, our dining experience will blend the convenience of QR ordering with dedicated table service, ensuring both flexibility and exceptional hospitality for every guest.

Some of the more delicious food iv ever had! Pleasantly surprised I got the vegetarian curry and have been dreaming about it ever since. My sister got chick fried rice- cooked to perfection. Best meal of our trip by far! Thankyou!

Food was amazing but service let the experience down. We had an 8pm booking. Table wasn't ready on time, staff were good and offered drinks but then as we sat down and ordered on the app we were suddenly told kitchen was closed for mains. Lucky we were just pressing send on the order! We had a mix of options, great place for shared food, hope you can lift your service experience for all your booking times!

The food was fabulous. On the more expensive end, but worth the cost as everything was delicious and served fast. Considering the price and the effort they have put in for ambiance, it was ruined by guests from the hotel constantly walking in and out, with luggage and ski gear, leaving the door open to let the cold in and show the toilets. I understand they are hampered by the architecture of the place, but it really does ruin the mood.

Great tasty food. Efficient service. Small menu but they’ve nailed it with the favorites. Something for all. We shared and everyone enjoyed plus extra chili on the side for those who like. In and out in an hour.

Seriously delicious food! Loved it! Best Nasi Goreng I have had in years 👌 highly recommend. Staff are all lovely. Will for sure be eating here every time I visit Falls Creek ❤️

We had the ‘feed me’ menu which was a great way to sample a variety of dishes on the menu. All were delicious and was enough food for 2 hungry snow boarders after a long day on the mountain.

Food was great, service was very slow. 15 mins before our drink order was taken. We were there for 2 hours for an entre and main.
