Richard, thank you for being a regular guest and for bringing this directly to our attention. I’m Sam Longhitano, District Manager for Jake n JOES, and I share your concern—especially hearing that this is the second time you’ve encountered this at our Woburn location. I want to assure you that we are on it. Cleanliness and food safety are priorities across every Jake n JOES, and we are actively addressing the situation with our team and professional pest-control partner. We appreciate your positive comments about the food and service, but we understand that this issue can overshadow an otherwise good visit. Thank you for continuing to visit us and for giving us the opportunity to address this. I’d also welcome the chance to speak with you directly. — Sam Longhitano, District Manager

Slow service. Admittedly I didn’t like what ordered first. Something about it tasted off. Could have been me. Manager offer to get me something else. Server came and took my new order. Then that came out wrong. Finally the new order came out right. It was just okay pizza. Service was really slow and it wasn’t really busy at all. Manager was helpful and apologetic for mistakes. French fries tasted like they had been refried from earlier. Chicken was dry. Probably won’t return anytime soon. Drinks were good.

Hi Kate, Sorry for the southwest salad not being what you expected and apologies for the cheese pizza being you ordered coming out as something else.

Steak tips were very good . Service was good. A little bit noisy.

Bea, thank you for visiting Jake n JOES and for sharing your feedback! We’re so glad you enjoyed the steak tips and that our team delivered great service — that’s what we love to hear. We appreciate the note about the noise level as well. Game nights and busy evenings can definitely bring the energy, but we understand it can get a bit loud at times. We hope to see you back again soon! Cheers!
