Over dit restaurant
Jersey Shore BBQ in Belmar will have you thinking you are actually in Texas. That might just be because the owners spent nearly a decade there and grew a passion for BBQ that didn’t end when heading to the Jersey shore. True BBQ takes time, 12 to 15 hours of it to do it right. Obviously it works because 60,000 racks of ribs a year get consumed.
It isn’t just the ribs that make Jersey Shore BBQ so award-winning. The sandwiches including catfish po-boy and pulled chicken are just as delicious. You won’t have to pick just one when it comes to the meats, choose the Belmar duo for two of them or the Monmouth trifecta for three. That way you can sample any of the Jersey Shore BBQ greats - beef brisket, pulled pork, pulled chicken, hot link sausage, jalapeno cheddar sausage, baby back or St. Louis ribs, along with your choice of two sides.
