Kahal opened on the eleventh of November, and we mark the day the only way that makes sense here — at the table, overlooking the ocean. On 11/11, an eleven-course tasting menu plus surprises from the Kahal kitchen: the Pacific catch across every plate, as the light goes down on one of the best sunset views in Todos Santos. One night of sustainable seafood and culinary flare by Chef Sandro Falbo. Spend the day at Mas Olas Resort's infinity pool, located next to Kahal oceanfront restaurant in Pescadero overlooking the Pacific. Day passes are $150 USD per person, applied toward food and drinks. The pool, the swim-up bar, the jacuzzi, the fire pits — and a table for lunch or sunset.

At Kahal, the whole coast turns west. On the azotea — the rooftop above the Pacific — the light goes long and gold and the water does the rest. Every afternoon after at 5 p.m., we make the sunset a celebration: Drinks and canapes in hand as the sun drops into the ocean, oceanfront and open air, for the most celebrated hour of the day. Two drinks and six canapes per person are included with your experience.
