   Too pushy to make you spend on drinks and tips. Food was poor and expensive. I realise you visit for the experience but food still needs to be of good quality. staff were good at what they do but we wouldn’t return.

   The young girl and tall lady that served us were so pleasant and polite, they catered for all our needs and even waved us off with a delightful middle finger!! Great stuff, it was my daughters birthday and we all thoroughly enjoyed it!! 👌🏼

   The experience was great….. staff were brilliant and they could really read the room! Had everyone up and having fun…. Definatley worth going for the experience and for a laugh but go expecting good food lol Defo not worth the money food wise but would have absolutely paid double just for the entertainment. It was my sons 16th birthday and he had a blast! There were really young children in there which I absolutely would NOT ever recommend taking them But each to their own!!!

   Yes we understand the concept, but the food is awful, slapped together and over priced. The staff appear as if they don't understand the concept. Toilets dirty. Uncomfortable surroundings and a big disappointment. Can of coke £3 please.

    Happy with the food and drinks. Staff were good but we didn't quite get the experience we expected from hearing about the restaurant as it was our first time coming and our first date together and we didn't get a table to sit at only stools opposite the bar. Understand it was very busy but maybe shouldn't have let us book then. Also no insulting hat :(

    We went for my sons 8th birthday, he’d been asking for weeks to experience it after watching TikTok’s. The service was obviously not for the faint hearted but we haven’t laughed that hard in AGES. Charlie was hilarious, my son thought she was brilliant and said it was the best birthday meal he had ever had. She understood quickly what sort of service my sons wanted and she didn’t disappoint them! Highly recommend for something alternative to do! The staff are wicked including the kitchen staff. Thank you Charlie for making our visit memorable.

    We booked a tablet in Birmingham on Tuesday for 4 adults. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Our waitress was brilliant. She made us all laugh. Very witty and remained in character throughout. Great vibes. The food was very nice. Nice big portions. Nice quality beef. Onion rings were massive. 5* We Also loved our milkshakes. 5* Don't go if you are easily offended, old, young, fat, skinny, pretty, ugly, vegan,........... Lol The chef's were also very funny. Would recommend for adults

    Fantastic loved it, but only go if you can take a joke and take being abused. If you’re not one for swearing it’s not for you. And I strongly recommend not take children.

    I think they'd be pretty proud of a 1 star rating. I went to Karen's Diner 2 days ago and I'm still traumatised lol they definitely play the school bully too well. A table sat next to us was frozen to the spot because they were scared to ask for condements or cutlery. Definitely have to have thick skin to take the abuse. If you bring your children don't think they take it on them easy either. Some of the comments were jaw dropping but you have to laugh. Please don't go in if you're easily offended. If you can take it, it's a good laugh. The food was average Diner food, burger and chips (well what was left in your basket after it being thrown at you and landing all over the table). Would recommend to go for the experience if you're curious like me.

    Chelsea was our favourite! We went for my sons birthday and I have to admit I was a little apprehensive, but laughed none stop. Certainly a different experience and I'd recommend to anyone who's up for a giggle!

    When going to the diner you realise that you are paying for the experience, however there was no experience at all. Our table was ignored and there was no entertainment given. Thoroughly disappointed as I thought it would be something nice for a change for my birthday.

    This isn’t a place for young children, a lot of swearing although it’s funny to us adults my 8 year old found it scary. The staff shout a lot which made her cry. I think I should have considered this when booking but I honestly didn’t think it would be that bad. The food wasn’t nice at all, the fizzy drinks come out in cans. I had a cocktail which cost £9 which was well overpriced for what it was. I get the concept was all about the staff being rude but after a while it got boring. I wouldn’t go again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone!
