The menu at Kinsu includes appetizers such as Pork Gyoza, Sticky Shrimp Sui Mai, and Fried Calamari. There are also soups, salads, and a variety of ceviches.

But the focus of the menu is the sushi. There are traditional rolls such as a Rainbow Roll, a Philadelphia Roll, and a Spicy Tuna Roll. Signature rolls include a Salmon Mousse Maki and a White Tiger Maki.

There are also a huge number of nigiri dishes, as well as sashimi. Plus we can’t forget the desserts including a Key Lime Pie and Thai Donuts.

We had walked past a few times since it opened and had been curious about trying it out. We were very impressed with the variety of options on the menu as well as the execution and freshness of the food. This is definitely a best kept secret for South Miami especially if you are looking for an intimate dinner on a Sunday
