   The prime rib is always excellent - so good we can't stop ordering it to try something else! Oscar was attentive but not overbearing - and he put up with our joking around. Overall - another excellent experience at Laurenzo's!

   Brunch was the great. Reasonable price and lots of food. The bacon and ham were very good. The presentation of pancakes were very appetizing. The pancakes were thin Enough that they looked like crepes which was great

   Waiter was struggling. Appetizers came after entree because it appeared he forgot about putting the order in until after I asked about them. By that time we were already half way into our entree. Entree didn’t come exactly as ordered so we didn’t eat at the same time for a party of 5. Laurenzo’s makes my favorite French dip sandwich so I’ll be back but not for special occasions.

   Fantastic restaurant! Prime rib was great. Cooked to perfect temperature, seasoned well and I love that they give the ability to make your own horseradish sauce to your taste. Milton was so attentive with service without being intrusive. Great job. We will be back.

    Like so many restaurants, the menu has seen numerous changes and large price increases. My wife loved her oysters and shrimp with the baked potato and creamed corn. I sampled both and they were great. I ordered the Rib Eye medium rare and it was a bit overdone but not enough that I cared. My issue is that if I am paying $60 for a ribeye it better compete with Pappas Steakhouse, Capital Grille, etc. and it clearly did not. The steak was too thin, likely why it was a bit overcooked and just didn't look like a prime steak in this price range. We loved Laurenzo's in the past and have been there a lot but the new menu seems to be a hodge podge of everything they could think of and the restaurant has lost a lot of what made it special to us. I won't say we won't be back but it won't be soon as there are too many places that are better for $100 per person with very little alcohol (no wine) on the tab.

    Love, love, love this place. Never a bad meal, always the right choice. Menu has something for everyone. Everyone’s dish was cooked perfectly to order. We brought some out of town friends in and they really enjoyed themselves.

    It was a birthday celebration. The table was ready as the party arrived, -10 to +5 minutes. The wait staff was very good, came at the right times, and welcomely conversed with the party at the right times. The wine and drinks, appetizers, main course and desserts were excellent, from my favorite red fish dish to other dishes including NY steak, tuna, and chicken fried. Laurenzo’s offers the variety of entrees from their Mexican to prime beef to seafood dishes. It was a fantastic outing!

    This was the best dinner! The staff was so attentive and met our every need. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. The food was amazing! It is very elegant but still ok for kids. I highly recommend it!

    Had a reservation on Valentine’s weekend and was not seated — the host could not even give me an ESTIMATE of when he would be able to seat us. Never have I ever experienced such aloof customer service when having RESERVED a table. Left after a half hour of watching the staff ignore us as we competed for shoulder space in the busy waiting area. I’ve been to Laurenzo’s many many times, but we do not plan to be back.

    Food was good however we mentioned we were celebrating a birthday twice and nothing was done and there were two errors made on the food we ordered. I have ate here before but would not go again for a celebration.

    Couples date night our friends first time there and our service was poor. Carlos was off his game last night poor guy, he couldn’t remember our order and they were out of the pork chop and he told us little late during our visit and my husband had to pick something else. We actually love Laurenzo’s and go there a lot but last night wasn’t great at all.

    The prime rib was out of this world, and Juan are server is second to none. He makes you feel at home and is on top of everything. Anticipates what we like it has it ready to go. Can’t say enough great things about this restaurant

    Lorenzo’s offers so many great food options that it’s hard to make a choice. We celebrated my father’s birthday with family, fun, and food. Today we started with gumbo that had a dark savory rue with lots of shrimp. There was lots of other delicious appetizers on our table like spinach dip, variety of breads, and calamari. We had blackened prime rib pizza with a side Greek salad for our main entree. The frozen margaritas are amazing! We look forward to our next visit.

    Excellent Restaurant for seafood, prime rib, sandwiches, etc. Fried oysters are RIDICULOUS! One of my wife and I 's absolute favorite spots in alllllllllll of H-Town. Pre-Pandemic, a bi-monthly visit for us. Now, still a very stong favorite for monthly visits.

    It took them forever to take our order and throughout the evening we barely saw our waiter. Pizza is absolutely horrible. Bad crust, no sauce, tasteless cheese. Chicken Piccata was good for my wife. Had a wedge salad with ranch dressing. Dressing is very good. But they served the salad with a whole uncut strip of bacon. They don’t even chop it up for a salad which is customary. We are regular customers and now I know to avoid the pizza.

    Great food and service, worth every penny! Can get very loud in the restaurant and the menu can be overwhelmingly diverse, so recommend having an idea what you want to to eat before you go.

    Slow, distracted server was quickly exonerated when the drinks, appetizers and dinner came through! Extremely quick kitchen! The food was absolutely exquisite! We had a couple of drinks which were excellent as well! Our first experience there turned out pleasant after all, will gladly return!

    We had a nice meal and enjoyed the experience. This is one of the most interesting menus in Houston. They have a little of everything. We all had fish, but I’d like to try their Prime Rib.
