With a full bar and service from 8am-10pm nightly you'll have ample opportunity to enjoy the newest addition to Carlsbad Village. Located conveniently off Carlsbad Village Dr. we are a short walk from State St and just off the freeway for easy access from either direction. We have a large public parking lot directly in front of the restaurant along with assigned parking off to the north end. My pork chop was full of bone shards and every mouthful was a challenge. My daughter had the beef stroganoff but ate very little. The noise lever was incredible. Slow service and truly bad food for the 4 of us

We dined at the Carlsbad location this week with a group of eight girlfriends. Our server Natalie was outstanding. She was warm and welcoming. We each ordered a different entree and we all thoroughly enjoyed them. The chicken piccata, filet mignon, blackened shrimp scampi and birria tacos were excellent. Would definitely recommend Le Papagayo.

Staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and the food was fantastic- a fun and festive environment and absolutely lovely brunch!

Always have a wonderful time here. Large open space with lots of different style of seating, from booths, high tops, outside and more. Great variety of appetizers that are perfect for sharing. We had the pretzel bites (come with a cheese sauce, mustard and sweet butter.) We also had the Quesabirria Eggrolls with consume & jalapeño/cilantro aioli. Then we shared the seared Ahi Tatki which was sesame crusted, with a seaweed salad, a yummy pepper rice case and some SEARED AHI TATAKI 32.75 citrus sesame seed crusted sushi grade seared ahi, cucumber and seaweed salad, edamame and wasabi aioli. The drink/bar menu is extensive with lots of signature cocktails, house made Sangrias, a nice wine list and lots of beers too! We ended our meal with the house made Chirro Cronuts that come with carmel and chocolate dipping sauces. Service was great, drinks were never empty and we were not rushed to leave the table. Oh and at around 6pm there was live music. We dined on a Friday.
