   Le serveur ou bien le supérieur, de notre serveuse qui faisait super bien son travail et qui nous a offert un très bon service, parlait très fort pour réprimander d une certaine façon notre serveuse, tout les clients dans le restaurant l entendait parler, ce n était pas nécessaire à notre avis et ca aurait pu être fait avec plus de discrétion, c est le seul point négatif sur notre visite à votre restaurant, à mon avis cette personne devrait penser aux clients et non à sa petite personne.....

   Absolutely perfect from start to finish. The staff was friendly and approachable, and the food was pretty much perfect. Great place to celebrate a special occasion!!

   Beautiful hotel though the restaurant was average. Food was okay, went for breakfast and buffet was as expected. Some of our party ordered from menu and food was just okay, nothing special. Service was okay though had to ask for a beverage twice before it came and one item never came at all.

    Courants d'air dans la salle à l'avant,écrans géants diffusant de la lutte dans un restaurant à prétention gastronomique,bruyant à cause du passage de la clientèle de l'hôtel; certains plats comportent trop de saveurs ajoutant une complication inutile,la proposition de rajouter du fois gras poêlé sur tous les plats me semble faire preuve au mieux d'une incompréhension des plats en question déjà trop chargés en saveurs hétérogènes(spécialement le plat de pétoncles)au pire d'un excès de frime, le plat de raviolis eut été parfait si servi pas réchauffé car les copeaux de parmesan ont fondu lors de cette manoeuvre et la sauce au safran en a aussi pâtit , le plat ayant été apporté tiède froid. Bref déception

    We chose Le Petit Opus from a long list of choices of restaurants participating in the "Table" fest. It had the strengths of an imaginative 'prix fixe' menu and was geographically well located for us. It would probably not have surfaced otherwise. The quality of the food was uniformly high and the service was excellent. We were impressed and will now add it to an impressively long list of first-class dining options when we come (alas, not as ofter as we like) to this great city.

    Le café n'est pas inclus dans le brunch et coûte 6$, beaucoup trop cher pour la qualité. Après seulement quelques minutes, tout est froid. Je n'y retournerai pas.

    Belle ambiance et décor de bistro français. Gastronomie raffinée. Service sympathique et efficace. Endroit à retenir pour une belle occasion mémorable, seul petit bémol...les tables sont tellement rapprochées, manque d'espace !

    The Fois Gras was good and the location was very convenient in that it was right inside our own hotel. However we were one of the only ones in the restaurant on a Sunday evening so it would be hard to rate the ambiance in a fair way. The waiter could not have been more attentive and did his best. Most of the food was just average and of course pretty high priced in this hotel. I would use it out of convenience but be prepared to pay a high price for everything.

    The restaurant wasn't crowded, was comfortable and neat and the service was fine. We had a variety of food from duck to fish to vegetarian and everyone thought the food was great. The portions were fine and the value was clearly there. There are many good places to dine in Montreal and this one is right up there in quality of food and preparation. My only significant criticism was the Frank Sinatra/Crooner music playing.

    Mother’s Day brunch. I was expecting a much more appealing ambiance for a downtown hotel restaurant. The restaurant has a cold feel to it. Nothing fancy. This place is literally a café, with marble top tables, no tablecloths. Brunch was overpriced for what was given. The food was tasty, but room temperature (not hot).

    I came here for breakfast because I did not want my hotels included breakfast buffet and this place said they offered a breakfast buffet and it was just down the block from me! With a $24 price I expected it to be more than the “included breakfast buffet” most hotels offer their guests. This was nothing but a hotel guest breakfast buffet. Nothing special, plain frittata with no seasoning, soggy bacon, warm yogurt - albeit served in a martini glass - I was afraid to eat it because it was warm when it should be cold because it’s dairy! Fruit, pastries bagels and lox, pork & beans and something that was labeled ham - typical hotel complimentary breakfast menu. Definitely not worth the price. The service was attentive however it was noted that the manager often assisted the waiter who had about 7-8 tables all of whom chose the self serving buffet. I probably would not dine here for breakfast again because the Marriott down the way offers a better included buffet breakfast - which was not what I was looking for this day.
