   We were greeted enthusiastically by the manager, Michael, who showed us to "the best booth in the house." Our server, Shane, was equally enthusiastic and provided us with excellent service and suggestions throughout our dinner. The 2 of us shared calamari- excellent, house salad- delicious dressing, and pesto pasta- delicious. This was our first visit, and won't be our last. A VERY pleasant addition to the Biltmore Park dining scene. A wonderful experience, with service that shined.

   Restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful, pasta was gummy and drenched in butter and a congealed consistency of cheese. Same for my wife. Nice ambiance, very friendly staff, it's a shame the food was not good.

   Server was great and helpful. Aroncini needs more sauce. Chicken parm needs more sauce. Breading on both was heavy. Lobster bisque was yummy. Herbed creamy noodles - Yum.

   We enjoyed this new restaurant in Biltmore Park. The noise level is high and made it hard to hear conversations. Food was very good and service was wonderful.

   The food took a very long time. The pasta needed to be cooked a bit longer. The restaurant felt very bare. The wait service was ok but didn’t make up for everything else that was lacking.

   Appetizers were over.. by a lot arancini shouldn’t taste burnt. Caesar was yellow, probably pre-chopped package. Planned to leave for another place for mains and desserts but were convinced by the mgr to stay. Ravioli wasn’t home made and more watery and tasteless. Pizza crust was good but nothing extra special which is odd because they have a 600 degree pizza oven. Staff was friendly, our waiter didn’t know much about the menu Eg how many arancini in an order, if we don’t finish the bottle can we cork and take. Mgr was very kind and imo was aware of their shortcomings and offered free/discounted pricing.

    There for a birthday celebration. Made sure waiter knew. After the meal no complementary kindle in z cup cake. Disappointing when saw it brought out for another table that same night. Service way too overwhelmed. If you don’t have the service staff, why but cut down on the number of tables you seat so that you can maintain a high level of service instead of being greedy and suffering mediocre reviews? Brought salads before the appetizer, drinks took a good 45 minutes, including simple water for the table. No bread to tie us over through the long wait until the meal was served. Lasagna, which should be a signature dish for an Italian restaurant was mediocre. Pear and arugula salad was good. Shrimp and pasta was good. They need to get their act together or they will not last.

We would, of course. rather maintain a high level of service than to let you and other guests suffer, risking poor reviews. I would love to know who your server was so I can review service standards and timing with him. Also, the lack of the birthday candle is upsetting as I make a point to tell staff about celebrations and making each visit special. I would love to hear from you personally and make it up to you.     Our server was outstanding. Not only did he have a clear understanding of the menu but he also was able to recommend items to our table expressively showing that there was no doubt about it that he had preferences for personally trying them. The atmosphere and food were wonderful. Our waiter made our Twentieth anniversary memorable. Thank you.

    The food was wonderful, the eggplant Parmesan was great! My husband had the shrimp diavolo and he loved it. The meatball for the appetizer was divine and calamari was good but we aren’t fans of breading! The desserts however are not quite right. The tiramisu was heavily coated with cocoa powder and on the dry side, not as moist as I would like and my husband had the cannolis which were overcooked and the creamy filling lacked taste. We will be back but the dessert menu needs help!

    There were three friends that ate together outside by the fire, and it was absolutely amazing. The ambience was perfect. The food was amazing and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

    Very disappointing. Food was pricey and not very good - party of 6 agreed. Service was slow. We were hoping for a good italian restaurant in the south Asheville area, but this is not it.

    Visit the location on February 18. Great service and chocolate martini was amazing! Started out with the spinach artichoke dip. The bread came out burnt the dip was ok just ok. Entrees was eggplant Parmesan and the carbonara. Noodles was dry and needed to be cooked more. Had to get extra sauce to even eat it. I won’t return if anything I’ll like my money back!

    We have eaten here several times and have been pleased every time. The food has been consistently good. The servers have been congenial and helpful. Madi P was our server last evening. I left her a 40% tip in appreciation of her service. She was outstanding!

    My husband’s risotto was on point. My swordfish was cooked perfectly. The incrusted tomatoes were a very pleasant surprise! And the bartender definitely knows how to craft the perfect drink. Our server was warm and treated us like friends. One of the managers stopped by to clear some of our appetizer plates and engaged us in conversation. She to was very nice and made us feel welcome. We will be back for sure!

    Love coming here. We had reservations for 6:30, had about a 10 minute wait due to them being so busy, but wasn't too bad. Once we sat, everything went super fast though. Great service.

    Went for Valentine’s Day. Food was above satisfactory: we tried arancini and arugula and pear salad to start—I really enjoyed the presentation on both and the flavor combinations of the latter, it woke up the palate. The 4 cheese ravioli was delightfully hearty and substantial. The server was nice, but I had to request a couple of things more than once. She was helpful in ordering a mocktail, which was not an item on the menu. The Assistant manager made rounds and was very attentive. The Tiramisu was very nice and creamy, nice size portion and presentation, but it needed just a touch more coffee liqueur. I appreciated that the cake was perfectly baked and not drenched in liqueur. The chocolate mousse was heavenly, but it could have used more fruit to make it perfect. Overall, I am very excited to come back and try some other plates here.

    The greeting staff could dress better and be friendlier. For a moderate expensive restaurant the folks seemed a bit inexperienced and need more polish as to makeup and attire but overall a good restaurant staff and food. $40 for the scallop special with no salad seems a bit high even with inflation. Good menu and good addition to BPark.

    This restaurant is extremely bare inside. It is poorly lit and has a feel of not being ready for diners yet. We booked this for a birthday dinner and I was grossly disappointed by the stark, unprepared and unattractive interior. The food was nothing special - standard fare one would expect from a budget big box chain. I expected higher quality. The service was good - I feel for the staff, they can only work with what they have. I wouldn’t return to this restaurant again - if I want mass appeal Italian, Olive Garden is 100 times better with a beautiful interior appeal.

    Good value with a very open dining area that's quite noisy. Excellent service and great food. Located beside the Biltmore Regal, it's a great stop for a bite before the movie.

    Great experience at newly opened Leo’s. Server, Eric, a real help. Lasagna, Eggplant, and Sausage Pizza excellent. Service very prompt. Open concept made it a little loud with full house and guitarist. A little stark. Could use some plants or other color

    We were met at the door and given our choice of table or booth. Oiur server and all others bringing food and drink were superb, including the manager. The food was excellant (we tried several items; it was our first time here). We never seemed rushed and spent around an hour and a half at the restaurant. Thanks again for the chapaign.     The food was good, the service was a little slow - they may have been short staffed- but our server was personable and the manager stopped by twice to make sure we were happy. It was my husband’s birthday, so they offered us a free dessert, which we were too full to accept so they gave us a couple of flutes of champagne, which we didn’t expect but was so nice!
