All the dishes were delicious. The service was also excellent, and I was very satisfied. It truly lives up to the Ritz-Carlton reputation!

Amazing food, elegant ambience, and outstanding service. Every dish was beautifully prepared with authentic Cantonese flavours, and the staff were attentive throughout our meal. A perfect place for business dinners or special occasions. Highly recommended.

The food was outstanding. The service was impeccable. Pricey, but absolutely worth it. We ordered the 5 course set meal. A most delightful experience.

We had an excellent experience dining here. The food is amazing and the price point the the quality and Michelin rating is fantastic. The service/wait staff is absolutely amazing! Highly recommend this restaurant.

The dim sum is not as expected. Not sure how the restaurant obtained the "Michelin Guide". Was informed the dim sum is exceptional but to our disappointment, we still went ahead. Totally not worth the price. Even small coffee shops probably taste better....

I want to express my appreciation for the friendly staff at the hotel restaurant. My family remarked that the food was excellent. Additionally, the waitress with short hair, who speaks Cantonese, was particularly helpful. She kindly reminded us about the portion sizes to help us avoid overindulging. Good service, friendly staffs, excellent food.
