   EXCELLENT food, great drinks, and superb service all served in a former Olinger mortuary. You’ve got to try the Bao sandwiches!!

    We had a late reservation on the last day of restaurant week which may have impacted the quality of food, but my tacos and sweet potato fries were sooooo dry. Unique place, but only a so-so dining experience.

    We’ve heard the hype about this place and it didn’t disappoint. The food was outstanding with the delicate flavors intermingled so perfectly, and the portions were absolutely perfect. Definitely chef’s kiss. Our waitress was fantastic! So cheerful and helpful.

    We went for denver restaurant week and the menu was amazing, especially for the price that we paid. Service was impeccable, was truly impressed by everyone including our server, food runners and the manager on duty. One of my favorite places in denver and I'll keep coming back because of experiences like this.

    We got a last minute reservation for restaurant week and had our favorite experience at linger so far. We had a nice seat by the window overlooking little man, got two really tasty cocktails, and enjoyed every bite of the three course meal, leaving feeling full and happy. Our waitress was attentive and friendly and checked in on us regularly. Thank you for a great experience!

    First time dining here. Nice atmosphere and decor. Great food options - bun duo (especially the mongolian duck), wagyu sliders and a chocoflan. Great and attentive staff, from welcome desk through service. Went the extra mile with the birthday candle on my dessert. All in all, a great way to turn another year older.

    Restaurant week food looked great on paper but was underwhelming in-person. We had a 7:15 reservation and didn’t get seated until 7:40. Each course took a long time to come out. After dinner we waited 45 min for dessert… we just wanted to leave at this point

    We went for Denver Restaurant Week. The stuffed dates were amazing. The tofu lettuce wraps were excellent. The wavy sliders were gone before I could ask to try them (thanks honey). Deserts, yum. And definitely get the Devil Inside cocktail.

    Seating was good. Service good. Food a bit long. Bao was kinda oily, duck kinda tough. Beet salad not to my liking. Dessert tough to eat chocolate at bottom. Noise level very high, but vibe was good. Okay experience for first time, not gonna go back though drinks pretty pricey and parking a hot mess.

    Linger is a great place to go. Great atmosphere and the food never disappoints. However, we didn't do the Denver restaurant week menu. Between 2 of us, we chose 4 small plates from the regular menu including 2 glasses of wine total. The bill was $110 and left a $25 tip. I know this is par with other restaurants these days but it really makes it impossible to go out to eat very often.

    Three of us tried out the Restaurant Week menu so we got to try almost everything! We also got cocktails which were all incredible. Highlights for me were the Bao Buns, Devils on Horseback, Wagyu Sliders and the Maduros & Crema. Favorite cocktails were the Mojave Muerte and the New Saigon. The building is super cool vibes and we can’t wait to come back when the rooftop is open!

    Our server, Hilary, was absolutely fantastic. The atmosphere at the restaurant was incredible, but Hilary’s attention to detail and service took it over the top. We’ll definitely be back.

    We're in Denver for a conference for a few days and Linger was definitely the best restaurant that we went to by far. The bao buns are incredible, so is the pad Thai. The Filipino lumpia and the short ribs dish too. Highly recommend!

    We keep Linger as our go to monthly date night. After being married for 32 years, we do a monthly date night “check in” to make sure everything is going well and there aren’t any lingering problems ( pun intended). We love the food, staff and vibe. We were discussing last night that the menu has evolved away from crickets to a more mature flavor palate that we love. The squash onions are a delicious menu addition! Take your honey here 😜

    I have some severe allergies and the restaurant more than accommodated-they went above ans beyond to make sure I could enjoy my meal. Mike (one of the chefs) was absolutely amazing, as was my server, Emma. To top it all off, the food was amazing. Can’t recommend this spot enough! I’ll definitely be going again when I am back in town.
