Me and my girlfriend came here for our anniversary and loved it. The atmosphere and food were both great. The manager was super friendly and kind to us. It wasn’t very busy at all but the wait was still a bit long. But other than that it was great

They recently updated their menu and the new items are not appealing at all. Food came out cold, waitress was new (we gave her grace) however, we had to ask for everything from silverware, drink refills to getting the check.

The service was horrible . For atleast 30 minutes we didn’t know who our waiter was. The options were not at all what I was expecting and then what I did order wasn’t very pleasing to my taste buds !

Mimosa in a plastic ‘glass.’ Table was never cleared. Restrooms smelt awful. Food was fine but extremely overpriced. Wine list non-existent. Service was kind but not professional.

Had an overall nice experience. We were seated on time, and our waitress Arielle immediately put in our drink orders. The cocktails we ordered from their drink menu weren't that good... I believe it was the kind of tequila they used. The appetizer was really good, but it took a long time for our main course to come out. The chicken taste really good, but once I got to the end of the chicken it looked as though it wasn't cooked throughly. The vibe was cool, not super busy but enjoyable.

Bri was our server, and she was fantastic. We had drinks and yummy appetizers before a concert at the Majestic theater. We were able to walk to the concert and come back to Lit when the DJ was spinning music on the dance floor. Fun atmosphere.

The absolute WORST dining experience I've EVER had!! I'll start with the one good thing...the food that they FINALLY brought out to me after telling me they were out of the first two items I'd ordered was OK. Sadly, that's where the good part ends. I came with 2 friends and every item we ordered came out separately with about 15-20 minutes in between each item's arrival...even the drinks! The drinks btw...woo, the bartender was just tossing whatever she had in a glass & calling it what you ordered! Two of us ordered an old fashioned and they didn't even look like the same drink...neither was an actual old fashioned and one of them wasn't even drinkable - it looked like a glass of Fanta (orange soda). We tried to speak to our server about it and she kept saying she was new and ignored everything we said to her. We tried speaking with who we we were told was the manager and he actually LIED and told us he was a host (turns out he was one of the owners). We asked to speak to the manager AGAIN and he never came. Nope...he was too busy serving and taking shots with another table and walked past our table a good 20 or so times with not so much as a side eye. I'll never come again and will never recommend anyone else patronize this alleged restaurant. They have no concept of service and should not be in this line of business at all. The waitress we had....just terrible!! She wouldn't take accountability for anything and kept blaming her errors on being new. When the check came, the very items we were told they didn't have were on our bills! The owners never came over to rectify the situation. The whole experience was legitimately baffling! There WAS one server there who was trying to help though, Bre, bless her heart. I hope she finds another job that's worthy of all her efforts because this place is a sinking ship.

Lit Kitchen and Lounge was in fact lit! The atmosphere was really nice. The food and drinks were great, and the service was great as well. The music was okay. It wasn't my taste but I'm sure someone else would enjoy it. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Service was terrible, took 20 minute to get our appetizer order, and the server didn’t even take our order the manager did. Once we put in our order, 2 people got their food and the others didn’t. The 2 people who got their food were finished before the other food even came out. Food was not good at all.

Went for my sisters birthday on a Saturday night with a reservation, it started out promising because the vibe is so great when you walk in. Loved the hostesses, they took pictures for us and even gave some good posing advice. It went down hill from there… there was no drink menus and the server had absolutely no drink recommendations. She was definitely busy and seemed annoyed that we did not know what drink we wanted considering they offer no options. The food was basic. Again ever thing we asked the server about she had not tried…I ordered the steak tips… I’ve had better tasting food from the hibachi place in the mall. The drinks, and food were just meh. The server messed up our food and gave the wrong food to the wrong person then tried to charge us for both! She even lied to the manager about what happened, once we explained the manager removed it from the ticket and apologized. The place was cute but that was it. Will not be going back.

The service wasn't great. We had to ask 3 different times to get helped, we had to wait about 40 min before someone came to finally help us and take our order. They didnt have a drink menu, and all the drinks were overpriced. The food was basic, and I also had a hair in my sushi. The music and the crowd were the only thing we enjoyed. I would not go again unfortunately.

Horrible first time going especially on valentines day. 1 table was dirty. 2 had to wait a long time for waitress to come take our drink order. 3 atmosphere wasnt pleasant. 4 online menu is a fraud from the dine in menu. 5 DJ was somewhat good but wasnt the best to get everybody moving. Last my wife wasnt happy and that what really made the experience not good. The prices was ridiculous for the amount of food and drinks served. $42 for 2 lemon drop cocktails that wasnt good. Wine taste like water. Not going back.

I was very excited about this restaurant regardless of the reviews that I read, I wanted to at least give this the benefit of the doubt. We were seated properly and given water immediately. That’s when it went downhill. One clean menu and one dirty. Looks like someone spilled something inside of the menu and they just kept on reusing it with some growth/mildew happening on the paper. Never saw a waiter until 20 minutes. Since we waited so long decided to go ahead and order the appetizer and then also order our main entrées. One hour and 15 minutes later the appetizers came out and five minutes later the main entrées. The waiter did apologize and said, “ sorry the kitchen is backed up.” No other water service to table and took a while to get our check. The food was just OK but the service needs lots of improvement. I’m hoping that the owner reads these comments and makes necessary changes immediately!

I made reservations for a friend birthday and when i say i was disappointed in the food I mean that half my table sent the food back. It took so long to get drinks, my steak was the size of a cookie and it was cooked so hard when i asked for medium the vibe was great the manger forgot her name she was great! But the service and food NO I don’t think we will be back. I spoke highly of this place and was embarrassed

I came with a group of 8 last night and although our waiter was great and very nice, half of the entrees came out and then the other half came out an hour a half later. By the time I got my entree it’s been 2 hours and everyone else already ate. For the price of the food, we should NOT have to wait that long. We kept being told “the food is ready we’re bringing out right now” but then waited another HOUR. I know it wasn’t the waiters fault but it made the experience not good.

The restaurant was extremely nice… the love music was A1 being that I’m a musician myself and knew the band personally… my problem was the FOOD!! It was horribly over priced, lacked flavor and did not deserve the 25% gratuity charge… my food was $165 for 2 drinks, 1app 1 side and 1 Maine entree… thoroughly unsatisfied will come back for the music but will go eat elsewhere beforehand!! 👎🏾

Food was bland no flavor at all, one dish was cold. Out of the 5 dishes we order only one was semi good. Waited 30 mins for our server to come. Which she was very nice and not her fault there was only 2 or 3 servers working that night. Don’t agree with the 20% gratuity on a ticket of one person. -100/10 definitely won’t recommend to others. Vibe was great and decor as well.

We waited over an hour for our appetizer of French fries and sushi, our server was new so we extended grace but she knew absolutely nothing about the menu. My entree came out (a very very small and unseasoned $62 steak) and my friend’s flatbread didn’t come until an hour after my steak. It was not busy at all, we were one of 3 tables, so there was no excuse for the poor service. They do not offer any kind of birthday dessert without paying $18 for it which was disappointing. And they charge an automatic gratuity (no matter the party size) plus a service charge (which would essentially be the same thing) and an alcoholic beverage tax (the drinks were terrible) on top of regular tax. Overall we paid a lot of money for terrible service and not great food.

Took over an hour for seating even though I made reservations and my party arrived. Love the picture both and the decorations beautifully done. The music was way to loud we couldn’t hear our waitress she was screaming so hard to talk with us I’m sure she will lose her voice. The music was so loud it made my head hurt. I didn’t enjoy my birthday. Friends was complaining about the music, how long it took for us to get a both and the food took 45 minutes after we ordered. As soon as we ate, some packed up their food and left right away. Everyone was disappointed. I later celebrated my birthday at the Shark Club in Plano Tx live karaoke 🎤

I was expecting a lot since it was so hype. It was dead and we waited over 45 minutes to get our check. The music was GREAT but it was so incredibly loud that we couldn’t talk. There are also like NO where to take pictures besides the bar.

We had a great time sitting at the bar having our meal. We were a little disappointed that we were asked to leave because of a private party planned. I wish we were told that ahead so we would be prepared mentally that we must leave at certain time.

My wife saw LitKitchen on social media and we decided to try it on an our normal Thursday date night at 6:00 PM. The ambience was nice however the service was poor the waitress took too long to take me and my wife's order and she wasn't available because she worked several positions. I ordered a $70 ribeye that had no flavor. My wife had sushi and the worst scallop fried rice ever. It tasted like it had ginger in it which was tasteless. Not only is the food bad, it's very expensive. My bill was $266 for a steak, sushi, fried rice, 2 apple martini's and one shot of scotch. If you don't mind wasting your money and don't care about taste then this is your spot. THe Valet was $15 to park your car as well. We eat out 3 tp 4 times a week and don't mind spending our funds for good food and service! But this was not a place to add to our list! A very unhappy couple!

The DJ and the ambience was great! The DJ made sure to play all of the jams. It would be nice to hear some updated music as well and not just old school. Overall, I can't complain about the DJ. The menu was subpar. There are not a lot of good choices and the options that we wanted wanted were either SOLD OUT or No longer on the menu. That was a bummer. We ended up just ordering anything since we were already there. It took so long for our food to come out - it was cold. The waitress was all over the place - it seems as though she was new. We kept asking for water and drinks. At one point, half of my party went to the bar to order their own drinks. This could be a really good spot if they can work out all the kinks especially the menu and waitstaff.

If I could I would give this place a negative star. It has potential to be great, but the service was the worse ever. The food was nothing spectacular. Very bland. The manager recovered from the server errors but the errors were Beyond horrible. None of the food came out together, none of the drinks were served before the food none of our waters were refilled. It’s no way maddi (the server) should have had 2 big parties at once. She was highly over whelmed and wore it on her face and attitude.
