Service needs a lot of work. Very impersonal, from hostess, to bartender to food server.

Spinach sausage deep dish is the only way to go. Look forward to it every time I’m in Chicago. Tempting to get apps but then how do you finish your pizza?!? Fun ambience and great service. Server with fun personality!

Everything was great, the jalapenos were spicy. I was surprised at the cost of the toppings, could be a little more transparent about the prices. Probably the first and last time I will be eating there, staff was very pleasant and responsive. Impressive place!

Our server Angela was fantastic. The runner delivered our pizza to the table behind us, and our food service was delayed. While I understand that mistakes happen, the staff (except for our server) seemed to be really out of sorts. The staff made things right, which was great. Our pizza was comped, and all of the food was delicious. Thank you to Angela for taking care of us and checking in regularly. I feel as if this location is just too busy to effectively manage service.
