   Opera Night was a great evening. We only gave a 3 for service because one of our main meals took a long to come out. So one of us was eating along for a while. The food was lovely though.

   Menu was very short and much of the menu online (which wasn't when we booked) was not on the poorly printed menu on a piece of paper. eg. no pizzas. Staff said the menu had changed that day. We were unaware of this. Inadequate range and choice of items so we left and had a good meal elsewhere. We won't be returning.

   We booked after looking online menu. On arriving at restaurant we were given different menus. As there was only one veg option and one fish, and the rest being meat we decided not to stay as being a vegetarian there was not enough choice. The waitress said the menu should have been changed online but it hadn’t been updated.

   Reasonably ok service Didn’t realise there was a service charge before we booked. So didn’t tip. Roast dinner was bland Yorkshire pudding was cold. Kid’s spaghetti very boring. Wouldn’t go back or recommend. Servers asked if everything was ok I said I’d had better but also had worse,she never asked for anymore info. Didn’t stay for desert instead went across the road for something else.

We have found the goat's cheese and beetroot dish to be one of our best-sellers, perhaps the goat's cheese was just not your liking as it is enjoyed by many of our patrons. Our zucchini fries, an absolute hit. In fact 9/10 tables order the zucchini and love it. Service, far from slow I'm afraid.

    Dined here as a family of 4. The entire family loved it, from the warm welcome making our kids feel included to the wonderful drawing activities for children we felt that Lucianos make an excellent effort for those with children. This casual dining restaurant had a plentiful menu which is styled in the "make your own" meal which we found excellent. With all the different combinations one could create over 16 different pasta or pizza dishes. We thought the drinks were well priced and the service feom every member of the team was faultless. Can't wait to return for more delicious food. *Their house lager was absolutely stunning

    The starter was very disappointing. I had busgetta which was not even a bit of bread. But more of a biscuit with tomatoes thrown on top. Was very disappointed. The food was very average I was very surprised for a Marco, Pierre White restaurant not great 🤔

    This was our third time here. Unfortunately they have changed the menu, and it is now limited to pizza, pasta or salad. If you want additional toppings to any of these, each one will cost you an extra £3. Someone I was with had a prawn salad which mostly consisted of rocket. The steak & chips special was good. The puddings now come in a drink glass, which looked poor. We have previously enjoyed great food here, so left disappointed and unlikely to return.

    This is the second time I’ve been and both times have been superb. Lovely food, friendly and efficient service (despite being very busy yesterday). Really nice experience! My 9 year old even commented this morning at how yummy his pizza was “yesterday at that restaurant”

    Beautiful building and delicious pizzas but sadly no vegan options! Would love to see at least 1 or 2 on there so we can come back again. Drinks were very pricey.

    The team did very well and in spite of the pizza being unavailable due to a technical issue with the pizza oven, there was plenty of choice for all tastes. The staff are attentive without being intrusive, polite and generally lovely. The ambience was tranquil and romantic. We were fortunate to have a live singer to serenade our meal which was an amazing treat. Highly recommended.

    I went for dinner with my son and the waiter was really nice showing him the different types of pastas because he didn’t understand the names. It was really good! Wish the prawns were bigger as they were miniature.

    Everything was great could not fault it, other than they were short staffed! The food was excellent, and the two guys on service were amazing! They worked so hard! The pizzas were so delicious! Can’t wait to go back, it’s such a love restaurant!

    -The restaurant had run out of Pizza's the day before and so this limited our menu choices quite considerably. -Food was ok but it was a pity that we were charged for extra sauce as one of the pasta dishes was very dry. -Coffee machine wasn't working either which was also a shame -Service charge of 12.5% seems steep considering my earlier points.

    Newly cut-down menu works well although attention to margins is very clear where starters are concerned: the bread of my bruschetta was so thin it fell apart as I lifted it to my mouth. They’d run out of pizza, but we enjoyed our pasta dish, which can be cleverly added to in the menu. Short but good wine list. Really good service (apologies re pizza) from Dale. Would recommend the pasta, and the chicken Milanese looked nice too.

    Dire. They had changed the menu overnight so there were only pasta and pizza choices. Loads of people were asking whether the longer menu was. Felt sorry for the staff. The starters were greasy and looked like they’d been plated hours earlier. Pasta tasted reheated; sides as though they were out of a supermarket tin. Total waste of money- their website is very misleading. Absolutely awful. Avoid.

    We were not informed there would be a reduced menu on NYE so we’re a little disappointed. We did feel very rushed and our mains were brought out as I was just finishing my bruschetta. We didn’t get offered any sauces for the Calamari or Parmesan for the pasta. A little disappointed for a NYE meal but overall ok.

    Absolutely appalling!! Booked as a treat for myself and 3 family members as I have been to other Marco Pierre restaurants and have always had a fantastic experience. The menu was small & simplistic so we were expecting the food to be cooked to a high standard. Instead the food was very bland and not well cooked and we all said we could have cooked better food at home. Our orders were mixed up & brought out in the wrong order and the staff were in-experienced and extremely rude. The waitress then started clearing our table when one of the party was still eating and rolled her eyes at me when I asked if she could please wait until we had all finished. She then returned minutes later and bluntly asked ‘do you want deserts or the bill’. We were then rushed off of the table despite the fact that the restaurant was pretty quite and we still had half a bottle of wine to finish. The cheek of it is that we then had to pay the 12.5% service charge for this crap experience! If it hadn’t been for the fact that another member of the group paid the bill, I would have refused to pay the full amount and walked out. Do not waste you money or time here- this ruined our evening and next time we will go round the corner to Zizi’s and have a much better meal & experience!!

    £7 for a pint of blackcurrant and soda is outrageous. The food was average and overpriced. The only good thing was the fish of the day - sea bass for £20.

    Nice restaurant and nice staff however the food is not as good as it could be, specially the pasta dishes. They are far too small and the pasta is a bit flavourless. The starters were nice and pizza was tasty but being an Italian, you would expect much more.

    The restaurant was empty but we were sat next to a noisy table of 4. We didn’t hang around as it was supposed to be a romantic night out but it just wasn’t the vibe having to hear them cackle for over an hour. They have a newbie who’s bright blue bra was rather distracting. The food was well prepared and tasty.

    Much improved dining experience. Would return another time. Good menu choices and the staff and service were very good. If you are having the Christmas menu you have to book that in advance which isn’t explained on the booking form.

    I was unable to specify the Christmas menu when booking through the website but was told on arrival that I should have specified it so we weren’t able to have it. Water came with no glasses, everything was slow, though when food did arrive it was delicious. We had three different servers so didn’t feel particularly well looked after. Items on the menu were unavailable- steak, one sort of chip, one desert. We were offered free desert due to the wait but then one appeared on the bill so had to ask to have that removed. When we were sorting out the bill between five of us we were stood over which I found a little rude, especially as we hadn’t put anything in the bill tray and we were by no means holding staff up to go home. All in all the food was great but I would have appreciated more friendly care from the staff, and having just one server would have helped build rapport.

    We arrived at 6.30pm. We had our main courses delivered just after 8pm. One main course was missing. That arrived after everyone else had finished eating and we were ready for our bill.
