Over dit restaurant

Luigi Vitrone's Pastabilities is an Italian restaurant located in the heart of Wilmington's Little Italy. This bistro serves regional Italian fare, serving up specialties of both the northern and southern regions of the country. The inside of the restaurant is eclectic, with plenty of off-the-wall decor, neon string lights and hand painted signs to complete the causal vibe. Everything in Luigi Vitrone's kitchen is made from scratch. This incuse the pasta, sauces and even desserts. In fact, the head chef Luigi Vitrone himself, even makes his own meat and vegetable stocks to cook in. Some of the signature items on the menu are the home made raviolini with jumbo ricotta cheese, fresh herbs, tomato sauce, butter and sage as well as the eggplant rollatini which are sliced thin and rolled around seasoned ricotta in a pomodoro sauce.
