Been here before; however, I feel it continues to go downhill each visit - which will likely make this our last visit and recommendation to anyone visiting. Made a booking for outside, arrived on time and stated we'd be open to anywhere if that was easier and helped them. No confirmation, acknowledgment, etc., so presumed we'd get what we booked. Taken upstairs, under AC vent (freezing). Stated I booked outside and the young man shrugged his shoulders and said "you said it didn't matter" and walked away. Server was kind and moved us a few tables over where it wasn't as cold. Server was kind, efficient and overall charming; however, the mood was loss being put upstairs (where there were only a few tables) overlooking outside which clearly had multiple tables open, even down by the bar - so why push us all the way upstairs and when we clearly weren't happy, do morning about it? Two of us ordered fried chicken, which was not appealing or good, one ordered meatloaf, which was also a disappointment. Out of deserts offered, so again, disappointed. When you spend what you spend, you expect some happiness out of your experience - this was hands down worst experience overall I've had in a very long time. I hope management reads - if any questions, please reach out.

Our server Derek was a joy to deal with super friendly and recommended the pot pie, meatloaf and prime rib all were peefect.

Derrick provided awesome service! We had a comfy table for 4. Lots of Great food and drink selections. We started with the house made potato chips and dips, and enjoyed the chicken lettuce wraps, fish & chips, and wagu burger for dinner, followed by yummy pound cake for dessert. We will definitely return! Thank you.
