The waiter was not friendly. We had a reservation at 9pm and right when the waiter came to the table he said the kitchen closes at 10pm are you ready to order. We just sat down and it was only 9pm. The food was not good. The meatloaf is dry and sauce was cold on it. We had to ask other waiters for waters. Our waiter was no where to be found. I would not come back here and wouldn’t recommend eating here.

The food and service is consistently good.It is also located right on Palm Canyon Drive so it is great for people watching. we were last there the night of the festival of lights Christmas parade. The restaurant was very busy but the service was very good and the food was very good. Plus, on Friday and Saturday nights. They have valet parking and on a very busy Saturday night in Palm Springs during the season and also because of the holiday parade, the valet parking is much appreciated

They’re Chilean Sea Bass was not good. It looked like it came out of a frozen package and dry. They’re baby carrots weren’t steamed. They were hard and we were unable to cut them. Service was great. Noice was loud only because of the Christmas parade.

Ramon, our server, was one of the best servers we have ever had! He takes a few moments to get to give excellent service, is very attentive, and reminded my friends and I to stay “Chingonas”. Food was good.

It's a fun place to meet up with friends for lunch or dinner. Great ambience with it's color and decor...even the restroom is nice. Received many positive comments from our friends who dined with us for the first time. They really enjoyed it and it says "Palm Springs." Highly suggest trying it out. thanks

Our group of six enjoyed the atmosphere and indoor colourful furnishings at Lulu’s - the tables are well spaced apart and our server was great. Overall we really enjoyed it; however, the food was just adequate - and could have been warmer.

Sadly unimpressive service and food. Despite expressly reasonably asking for our main course to be served after we had finished our starters - this didn’t happen. Meaning that the expensive steak was cold when eating it added to which the chicken was anemic looking with the ceased salad. The ceaser salad was good. Finally, they wrongly charged us for two ceaser salads. Overall, taking everything into consideration it was overall a disappointing experience.

Lots of options for not great food. We came here because there was no wait. The service was ok, we waited awhile to get helped initially but then it was fine. The drinks (mimosa and spicey bloody) weren't great. I got the acorn/quinoa appetizer and it was dry and seemed like it had been precooked and then sat out.

It was a prix fix menu for Thanksgiving. The service was great. Waiter and helpers were efficient and solicitous with food and drinks. I hade made these reservations a month ago or more. We were sat outside next to the stoplight at the corner. It was not what I had expected based on the reviews - and it was smokey from folks smoking waiting to cross the street, very loud with all the different groups of folks waiting to cross, many with their dogs who don’t like other dogs waiting to cross the street. And it is expected to be noisy and bustling at a busy intersection - I’m just not expecting to dine at a one. The food was hit or miss. First course soups were good. The second course salads were good. The miss was the main courses. One of us had the ribs and it was very good, I had the turkey and it wasn’t because the stuffing was like glue while the mashed potatoes were just okay and turkey seemed to be the compressed meat turkey slices like a cafeteria would have, and then one of us had the pasta primavera and their pasta was dried out while the vegetables weren’t cooked enough. The desserts were pretty good - someone got the cheesecake and of the 3 different ones we had chosen it was the worst, the other two were okay.

My daughters were visiting Palm Springs during Thanksgiving week. We decided to treat ourselves to special dinner at Lulu’s. We enjoyed the meal very much. The ambience was perfect. Service was extraordinary. Lulu’s will be on our list the next time we are in Palm Springs.

What a great way to spend Thanksgiving! The food was over the top and many choices to choose from! We really loved that there was no pressure to eat and run! They encouraged us to take our time and enjoy the day, our conversations and the meal! The leisurely pace was so appreciated. The staff was awesome including our server, Melissa. We will be back next year.

Service was very poor--we waited 30 minutes between our soup and salad courses. We were offered our dessert before we got our main course!!! My wife ordered the prime rib with sweet potato fries and got mashed potatoes instead. The potatoes were sent back and she did get COLD, limpy sweet potato fries. From sitting down to paying for the meal, we were seated 2 hours 20 minutes......way too long!

Four friends and I went to Lulu‘s for Thanksgiving as we had no family to be with. With Lulu’s vast choice on their offered four course menu (three soups to choose from, three starters to choose from, 10 entries ranging some fish, beef, turkey, ham, and a stuffed acorn squash as a vegetarian option, along with three choices for dessert)we all figured we would have good food, but we’re stunned to have spectacular food! The wild mushroom soup was a fan favorite for all of us. Of the entrée options, my group had salmon, braised rib, steak n fries, or turkey and ham dinner. All of us were extremely pleased with our choices and marveled at how tasty it was. One person in our party had an allergy to oranges so our server, Haley, and the supervisor were on top of it, ensuring that there was no orange in their meal. Haley was a gem! She was funny and had great energy. Our service was swift but not in an effort to push us out the door. All the staff working on Thanksgiving were pleasant, cheerful, and dare I say, playful with some of them wearing turkey hats. Thanks, Lulu’s for making all of us happy with our new tradition for Thanksgiving. We appreciate you giving your day away from your family and friends, to ensure that our day was memorable.

Eat at Lulus often, I have always had Great Service. Great Food and I love the place!! Do yourself a favor and Start Dinning at Lulus, after one time you will have to have more!!!!

LOVE the decor and vibe. Wish the lights would be dimmed at dinner time. Great that there are vegan/vegetarian options. But they were bland and lukewarm. We’ve been several times and it’s pretty much the same experience.

Good looking restaurant but the food is not at the quality it should be! The Ahi Nachos were good, but the waiter-recommended ceviche was dreadful! The lasagna which was highlighted on the menu as one of their specialties was boring and overcooked. They need to fire the head chef and do a better job!
