Join us for an exclusive Michelin-starred Chef’s Counter experience. This intimate 14-seat culinary journey is where passion and flavor converge, offering a truly distinctive and memorable dining experience. Guests will indulge in an unforgettable tasting menu curated by Chef Ryan Ratino. At MAASS, we offer two tasting experiences: The Excursion, a focused two-hour menu, and The Voyage, an immersive three-hour journey showcasing luxurious ingredients from around the world. To ensure we can thoughtfully accommodate any allergies or dietary restrictions, we kindly ask that you inform us at least 72 hours before your reservation. If we do not receive this information within that time, your reservation may be moved to our main dining room, where we can better accommodate requests on shorter notice. Horrible experience and so so food. They cater to groups. Do not go here for special events like anniversary or birthdays, they do not care. They were out of steak, sat us facing right up to the bar for our 35th anniversary. Refused to move us. Salad was the only good things. Awful experience.

I’ll start out by stating that the food is phenomenal; however, the service, which gave a lot of effort, needs more training. We received our first four dishes all together, and if we didn’t slow down the server, we would have had two more dishes on top of those quite quickly. I am sure your chef wants his customers to savor each dish properly. While we enjoyed it, we felt rushed. The dishes need to be paced incredibly better. It felt a bit like forced fed Michelin food course. Do better. Thank you.

The food was mediocre and average. Nothing unusual or interesting. Only one of the wine pairings worked well. Overall, completely overpriced and not worth it.

This night was truly amazing trying out the tasting counter at MAAS! The staff the food! - I was very impressed. The team worked like a beautifully fine tuned symphony to make the whole experience a memorable and flawless culinary masterpiece.

Overall the food was amazing . However there were some shortcomings with the service. I had an oyster allergy and was interested in the tasting menu, before ordering I advised the server who said a substitution would be offered to replace for one of the dishes. When the first course came out the oyster was still brought to the table , my husband made the server aware and it was removed ,however no substitution was ever given. There wasn’t any options for kids besides butter pasta, so my son had to settle with eating from our meals . I advised the server of his nut allergy. In addition to the tasting menu my husband ordered the NY steak that was served with mole sauce and hasselback potatoes. When the entree course of the tasting menu and the steak arrived , the first thing I said was “just making sure there’s no nuts” which he replied “yes nuts is in the sauce”. This was a big turn off for me because the server was well aware the meals were being shared at the table , and was advised before hand of the allergy but never indicated when we ordered that item the dish had nuts. We were traveling from out of town , so we had our epi pen with us but just the idea of an allergic reaction happening at dinner was a scary thought , thankfully I asked ahead of us serving any of the food to him. We never received our brioche pull apart bread that was listed apart of the tasting menu. I did make a note of a congratulations celebration for tonight’s dinner at the reservations booking but it was completely overlooked. It was never mentioned at all during the entire meal. Desserts however ended on a positive note. Food was amazing however service team should be more focused to provide the entire guest experience so small details are not missed.

Hello Evita, First and foremost I want to extend my sincerest apology. We take allergies extremely seriously, and go through great lengths to train the staff to always ensure allergies are confirmed and noted with each order. It is absolutely unacceptable that you had not one, but two allergies touch your table. We are relieved that no one consumed anything which would have caused a reaction, however that should have never been the case to begin with. After checking your reservation I do see that you had a note stating you were celebrating a special occasion, and that should have been acknowledged.
