Macarena Tapas is a casual Spanish eatery that serves both traditional as well as innovative contemporary dishes. The restaurant has an intimate ambiance that makes it a great place for a romantic date or a relaxed dinner. Owner and Chef John Borras is particular about using high-quality ingredients to serve guests the best of Spanish flavors. Macarena Tapas also features a full-service bar. The menu at Macarena Tapas features a wide range of both cold and hot tapas. Popular cold tapas dishes include garlic potato salad, classic Spanish marinated scallop and shrimp salad and a platter of cured Serrano ham, sausage, Manchengo cheese and olives. John is an amazing Chef and the food is still incredible after 20 years. Elvia is an attentive server with great recommendations. Brought dear friends for a last hurrah, and we all can't wait to see what John does next!
