Great food, great beer, great staff.

What more do you need?

Excellent dishes. I wish the menu changed more often.

First time for both of us. Drinks were quality. We went to Jackson’s for their last call and those drinks were to sharp.

Made feel very welcome despite our very late reservation due to late evening arrival to Reston. Lovely staff, friendly and warm.

Food was wonderful. Especially the Mac and Cheese and the burger!

Will definitely be back.

Nice outdoor ambience on the patio with the heaters on, tables spaced accordingly. Food and cocktails were tasty.

Having a reservation meant nothing. They gave away our table even though we got there 10 minutes before our reservation. They told us it will be a few minutes and it took over 45 minutes. We were standing on the street waiting for 45 minutes with no one checking on us or explaining the situation. It was the most awkward situation and frankly embarrassing. Even though our waitress was nice, the place is very disorganized. Food came with before we got silvers and eventually we had to go get it ourselves because the food was getting cold. Never again

Portions, good quality, and service were awesome!! We'll totally be back for brunch. The only thing I didn't care for was paying a flat rate for bottomless mimosas then paying 25¢ for every refill.

If you care about quality of service don’t go to this restaurant. I understand the pandemic has made staffing difficult but we waited over 10 minutes for our first glass of water and 20 minutes for our simple cocktails to make it to the table.

After taking our food order we never saw our server again until it was time to pay the tab. The chicken tenders, And fried chicken sandwich was excellent but the Mac and cheese was cold.

I don’t see my self coming back to this restaurant in the future, service is absolutely terrible.

Slight miscommunication with the waitress, not a big deal and they made it right for us. The lamb chops were outstanding, the crispy Brussels Sprouts were a great recommendation! Will be back!

Nice outdoor area. Very, very sweet and attentive waitress. I enjoyed the steak salad. The place is really cute inside when I am ready to dine inside. Easy validated parking.

It was freezing in the restaurant, service was poor, food was just okay, ambiance was just so so.

My friend and I's experience at Maker's Union was excellent! All COVID-19 protocols with social distancing and sanitation were followed to a tee and the food was amazing. We had the Crab Cake Benedict and the Avocado Toast as well as the bottomless mimosas, which came in multiple flavors and kept flowing. Service was attentive and very helpful.

The only downside was the booth we sat in was so tight the table was jammed in my gut and I’m a skinny guy. My wife was miserable. But everything else was outstanding. The server was outstanding.

Really great food and ambiance! Bottomless brunch family style was a little confusing but our waitress, Sandra did a great job at explaining. She absolutely made our day!

My friend and I shared 2 sandwiches and could not decide which one was better. The lobster roll was excellent! Creamy and tart sauce with lots of lobster and the correct grilled bread roll. The crab cake was also excellent! Mostly crab (not filling), and with a jalapeno tarter sauce. Both came with fries. Yum!

We were disappointed that we couldn't do the brunch menu but that was only because there was just the 2 of us and it would have been way too much food. Looks like a great value at $29 per person and gets you 3 starters and 3 mains -- which are portion sized to the number of people. Have to come back for that!

Had a fantastic experience. Customer service food and ambience were all great. Met the general manager which made sure we had everything we needed. Try the cheesecake, its excellent!

It was our first (soon to be of many) visit since they opened within the last 6 months. The menu was fun and had a lot of creative dishes. Our server was knowledgeable of the menu and we went on her recommendations - definitely not disappointed. It was my first time seeing Fried Lasagna on the menu - and it was SO good!

This is our fifth or sixth time at Makers Union. As with our previous reviews, this a wonderful restaurant with interesting takes on familiar foods with great service and ambience. Now we can add "consistency" to our glowing reviews!

The sea food is salty, second time in a row. Raises blood pressure!!

My ribeye steak was cooked perfect and it was tasty. I loved the mac n cheese with Lobster add on.

I was disappointed with this restaurant. I went for the bottomless brunch, but when I got there I found out that it wasn't your typical bottomless brunch: as a table, no matter how many people are in your group, you pick 3 items from the menu which will be served family style (unlimited refills). I had never been there before, and one of the reasons I wanted to do the bottomless brunch was to try a bunch of dishes, not just 3. They should change this if they're going to call it bottomless brunch. Family style isn't the same thing and it shouldn't be promoted that way. I wanted sweet, the rest of my group wanted savory, so it was hard to choose 3 options that met all of what we wanted. I won't be going back.
