Celebrated Chef Marco Barrila creates a multi-regional array of traditional, rustic dishes that change seasonally and focus on local farm-to-table, as well as imported Italian products. The menu includes signature dishes like eggplant timbal, grilled octopus with chimichurri, lobster risotto and truffled veal chops.

Chef Barrila emphasizes the authenticity of his dishes. "Everyone is so excited about farm-to-table in this country, but in Europe it is the norm". No matter the region of cuisine, Chef Barrila gives his customers an authentic experience.

Manna offers fine dining in a chic, yet comfortable atmosphere. Walls are adorned with organic 3 dimensional Hampton landscapes by local artist Gil Ferrer.

Open year round, enjoy dining by the fire place in the winter and al fresco seating during the summer. Manna's courtyard terrace can also be booked for private and semi-private gatherings in secluded setting for up to 200 guests.

We have been to Manna before, and while we always found it to be overpriced, the experience had still been positive. This time the prices seemed to have gone off the charts, and the place was empty (never a good sign) in the peak of the summer season. It was eerily quiet, the kind of ambience that sucks the energy out of a fun time. The food quality had greatly diminished. The heirloom tomato + mozzarella salad was clearly pre-made and ice cold from long-term refrigeration. The duck was doused in an icky-sweet sauce. The $52! whole branzino was "butterflied" to remove the bones I guess, but looked suspiciously smaller than the original whole fish. The restaurant automatically added a 20% tip to the entire bill including the tax and drinks without asking us, even though our party was just our family of 5. There was no notice on the menu of this policy. We won't be back. Though based on what we saw, I can't imagine the restaurant will still be there.

We were shown into a drab dining room with loud music and no people so awful I wanted to leave. The owner came out and convinced us to move to an outside table. They were very accommodating because it was my birthday, free drinks, appetizers and dessert. Still, very expensive for a hearty southern Italian dinner.

We were last reservation for a Thursday night. Chef very graciously agreed to take lobster fra Diablo out of shell for me. Delicious food. Only negative was a very noisy air conditioner in a second floor window across from the restaurant's outdoor seating courtyard operated the entire night with a very loud, very bold sound that truly spoiled an atmosphere the restaurant tried to create. Otherwise the food and service were terrific.

Lovely evening, just expensive. Two adults no alcohol, no dessert , $200 seems steep, but that's just me I guess.

The seafood fra diavolo was absolutely outstanding including a delicious al dente linguine with it. So were the appetizers especially the grilled octopus, grilled calamari. They own the lobster factory at the Shinnecock u Indian reservation I do the seafood couldn't have been fresher. Service also couldn't have been better or more accomodating; excellent yet reasonable selection of wines by the glass. They were so kind as to let me taste it first.nice and quiet for conversing. I know I must sound like I work for them but I don't..paid full price but tipped extra well because of how good they good they were to us.If I must say something at all detracting is that the interior could use a little updating and paint but it is cozy and cute just the same.

A delightful surprise. The food was authentic creative and most importantly perfectly executed. Each dish was bursting with flavor without being overwhelming. The menu was interesting and unique. Nothing was either overlooked undercooked or over-seasoned or under-seasoned. How rare. The kitchen showed real care for each dish. The room is pleasant and cheery. And the outdoor space is also pleasant. The service was gracious and friendly I will return and recommend this place to my friends. A real find.

We've been to this spot a few times. It has a nice local vibe. A lot a of fresh local seafood prepared five star level. The only drawback is the location that is outside of villages. Its a driving destination, but worth it!!
