    Il servizio non è stato all'altezza del nome oggettivamente riconosciuto come eccellenza del food made in Italy. La sensazione di stanchezza del personale di servizio si è riflessa nell'accoglienza, nei modi veloci, nella mancanza di empatia, nella fretta dello sparecchiare. Addirittura ci hanno portato il conto senza che fosse richiesto. Marchesi è sinonimo di eccellenza. Le pietanze, dolci e salate, meritano una menzione speciale. Tutto il resto deve adeguarsi.

    Marchesi è un goloso e raffinato gioiello incastonato nella preziosità della Galleria milanese. Tutto davvero straordinario: ci torno e ci ritorno con assoluto piacere! Consigliatissimo!

    Marchesi è sempre una garanzia. Cibo ottimo, servizio attento e preciso, location bellissima… lo staff accoglie i clienti sempre con il sorriso. È un piacere pranzare qui.

    The sitting experience was fine. They were welcoming and respectful. We ordered pretty fast. The girl who served us was kind. The croissant was not that good actually. I had an empty one but it did not taste good. The coffee was ok. The dark chocolate was fine as well as the tart my friend had. When we were done we had to call like three times to make the payment and we waited 10-15 minutes. My friend asked if she could charge her phone somewhere and the answers she got were a bit rude, finally accepting to charge her phone for no longer than 5 minutes. Price to service you get not that good. It was fine to try. But would we go back? No. Would we suggest it? Not really. There are better places around Milan to try or have an amazing service. Sometimes you just want the service, you can get coffee or sweets anywhere.

    We were in Milan for the Grand Prix, and Marchesi 1824 was one of the restaurants reserved during our stay. The service along with the breakfast and coffee was fantastic and I can not recommend it more. We can’t wait to return and enjoy once again.

    The Indian waiter was sooooo sooo rude to Arabs When we ask him for anything he angry and talking a lot also he added extra we didn’t order a water he added to the invoice !!!!! Last time in this place.

    Ich hatte für den Geburtstag meiner Frau zum Frühstück ein Tisch reserviert und extra angegeben dass meine Frau Geburtstag hat und es wurde Nix vorbereitet. Eine kleine Geste bzw. Überraschung wäre nett gewesen. Hatte es auch bei der Buchung angegeben gehabt ob man nicht eine kleine Überraschung wie ein Croissant oder so etwas mit happy Birthday beschmücken…
