Raquel, our server was fantastic. Food was very good for a restaurant chain. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming.

Didn’t read the reviews before booking—but they were spot on regarding the slow service.

If I could rate 0 I would. We showed up 15 minutes early. Were sat right on time. Did not have contact with anyone x20 min. Complained and went 10 more without acknowledgment. Left along with the table sat before us and was avoided by staff. Awful awful awful

Horrible experience. Took 20 minutes to get a server. Then it was slow once we got it. Delivered the wrong food and it took a long time to get it. I would never go there again. What a big disappointment.

Evidently, a number of workers didn’t show up. Service was very slow. Food was delivered in 3 batches so those who got theirs first were about done when the last person got their food. Even hard to get our bill at the end. Food was just ok too.

The service wasn’t that great but I could have been because it was the day after christmas

We have dined many times @ this location and this was the WORST experience to date. Restaurant was half empty on a December, Sunday evening. Front two people at check in-in were rude. Took forever to get a food order in, had to grab another server to take a drink order. Once our food came out from a kitchen runner, we NEVER saw our server again. Apparently he was taking care of a large party that barely spoke English. Food was just ok and pricey for what you get. Will consider other Times Square options next time. DO BETTER MARGARITAVILLE! How about working on your management.

The food and the service was excellent. Also, they had a young man playing who was quite good. A big plus I could hear myself talking to my friend because the music wasn’t blaring; let’s not forget the light show which was really spectacular.

So glad you loved the food, service, and live music, Margo! Love hearing that the atmosphere hit the mark with great acoustics and that light show - sounds like the perfect island escape. Hope to see you back soon! -Margaritaville Management Team
