    Great service! There's always somebody asking you if you need anything. Good food variety and quality but I hope they can offer more. Lots of seafood and you can always request how you want it cooked.

    Food was excellent Noisy crowd. Drinks not included. Price of drinks too exorbitant. Few staff to pay attention to diners especially when need to clean up the table from used plates. They’re crowding at the ?cashier? Area.

    I like the dampa style esp. the grouper on the list. With the price i hope they include lobster or rib eye. It seems that some cook meals were from lunch buffet spread. They forgot to give us the take away cake which we requested as they provided the cake late when we were about to inform them that we are celebrating our anniversary. Though some staff were commendable the tall guy server and the staff who introduced us to avail the marriot club.

    - after being seated, there was no advise of something like “ the pasta station, if you wish to have pasta you may ask our servers or if you wish to have grilled seafood you may ask our servers…as a guest I looked stupid asking for a pesto pasta at the station, same thing when I went to the grill station, I was told by the “chefs” on those stations, to order fromthe servers - it appears that not all staff are trained on how to handle guests request; we ordered for a coke zero drink & lime soda but was served with a regular coke, we accepted both drinks but added another coke zero which we said, we will pay for it. Staff came back & wanted to get the wrong drink - Japanese food section which serves sushi and tempura had long guests on queue due to staff limits the availability of the popular salmon sushi some guests were automatically served with soy sauce & wasabi while other guests need to prompt the staff for such condiments - we asked for coffee after our meals, we were served with black coffee (which are normally served in any hotel/buffet restaurant) without any sugar/creamer; again I needed to call a server and ask for it - roast beef, sausage, basically mostly from the meat station is not tasty and not to die for; though the seafood from the station is a 👍🏻 - the restaurant was still at about 50% capacity but towards the end of our lunch, we have seen “managers” ( I am pretty sure they are) feasting on their lunch very much visible to guests; they could have chosen a more discreet table given that it could be their “privilege” - would I recommend Marriott Cafe? I would, from other Marriott property but not from Marriott Hotel Manila

    It was a perfect Christmas eve except some flaws that can be improved: bill took awhile before it was released to us, side paluto orders took time to reach us, very limited option of buffet meal. But we had a grand time!

    Lack of coordination and kitchen manpower. Too much delay of serving the food we ordered. Almost an hour of serving the food you ordered. A lot of instances as well that we received wrong orders. Limited food choices and varieties. Overall, not worth it.

    You can now enjoy the buffet normally, though it would be more safe if there are staff in every station to will assist, but there are in some like the sushi station. For the paluto and other dishes you will be given a small paper to select. This really needs improvement. 1st not all I listed came through that i needed to follow up. 2nd it takes quite a while for the order to arrive like the appetizer and soup, it came around near the end of our meal, also with number 1, you wont know which order wont arrive. Again this can be improved. But overall the food taste and quality is good, no complaints about it. It is delicious. Buffet does not come in with sodas and liquor which if they are would be much bang for your buck. It only comes with coffee and hot tea.

    The food is good, however we are a little upset with regards to the food service and QR ordering system. As we try to place order on the system, we received items that we think we did not placed and those items that we believe we placed didnt arrive, it is also good if the server will mention what item is being serve and to whom it should be serve. Lastly the QR ordering system should be updated in real time, once item has been served it should also be removed on the system.

    The food and service was great. Some food are cold but still okay. The only thing I want to highlight is the long line/waiting time to get the food. Maybe because we went on a Monday and holiday.

    Came here on a Monday, when they have their 50% off promo. Food was decent, once it finally manages to reach your table. New buffet system is not as efficient as expected of a franchise such as this. Incorrect orders, cold food. Definitely needs improvement.

    The service was very slow. Our server Diane was extremely customer friendly and attentive. The cooking staff needs improvement in delivering timely ordered seafood. I think it's over priced for the food experience

    The food was so excellent, no doubt about it. We went on a saturday night. The seafoods were really fresh. Service staff were really observant to your needs (water, dipping bowl, etc.) although I would have wanted them to clear the table of the used plates more often.

    The fresh seafood was great especially how they cooked it. I just hoped there would be lobsters to complete the valued price. Also it was a bit rowdy.. it was just great that they gave me my own private room to have a more exclusive feel. Service was awesome.

    Arrived on time but they can’t find my booking which I’ve done thru the app. Either they don’t know how to use ooentable booking system or some other technical issues... Service is very bad. Come to think of it that they don’t have orange juice. I had waited 20 minutes for the server to tell me they don’t have orange juice. What five star dining doesn’t have orange juice? They are very short staffed. But food is great! Although it’s my first time to eat at a seafood buffet that doesn’t have a lobster.

    I'm a little bit disappointed in the "paluto" section. I didn't expect to receive cooked crabs and shrimps to be so few from what I got from the fresh Seafood section. Also, I noticed that the tepanyaki that i ordered good for 3 people was only serve for 1. I hope you can improve based on these first hand comment. On the other hand, the one that assisted to us was very attentive and prompt. The taste of the food is rather great and well cooked according to what we expected from a premium hotel buffet. Hope this helps as a constructive criticism based on your part to further improve quality of service.

    We did not stay this time, but used only in the buffet. Thank you very much for your time and response. I stayed there for a long time, but after all, I came to Marriott for a long time and the tension increased. Next time I wanted to stay and use buffet.
