I really like this location and enjoy the food. The chain has made significant changes in recent months and added different things to the menu. I'm just glad they kept my favorite pizza on the menu.

The waiter was great despite the fact he was overwhelmed with tables. He apologized profusely. Noise was loud. We were thrown in the back behind the bar despite having a reservation. I have been there a few times. Food is okay. Nothing special

Our waiter was good, the food was enjoyable, and the bar staff knows us, but unfortunately, this happened. I reserved a booth in the bar area, but upon arrival, the hostess told us there were no booths available and that booth reservations are not guaranteed. I had made the same reservation a month ago without any issue or being told this. If booths are not guaranteed, this should be clearly stated when making the reservation.

Most of the food was not hot. The coffee was the same even though our reservation was at 9:45 and we were some of the first customers of the day. Made me wonder if the food was made the same day. The place looks like it could be fun, food could do a lot better.

We are writing to express our significant dissatisfaction with our recent dining experience, which was intended to celebrate my granddaughter's 11th birthday. The quality of the food was subpar; the pancakes and chicken were excessively dry, and the French toast carried an unpleasant flavor suggestive of cross-contamination with seafood. Furthermore, the waffle station was unstocked, the cappuccino machine was non-functional, and the advertised amenities, including popcorn, ice cream, and a cotton candy machine, were entirely unavailable.
