MAX Amsterdam is een prachtig restaurant met een internationale keuken, inclusief Indonesische specialiteiten. Dit restaurant heeft een wonderschoon interieur, met helder oranje en paarse verlichting in het eetgedeelte. De 2 open verdiepingen en het hoge plafond dragen bij aan de ruimtelijke sfeer. Er worden verschillende maaltijden aangeboden. De meest populaire optie is de Max Special, een rijsttafel met 3 gangen. En dat is nog niet alles.
