   This was our first visit, and it didn't dissappoint, the food and service was excellent, I would highly recommend a visit and I will definately be going again very soon.

   Lovely surroundings, friendly service, good food. Just a shame you have to go out into the mall to buy cakes for dessert. Otherwise great - would recommend it.

   I'm writing this feedback after my third visit. The first time I visited, it was a very busy Saturday and the service was disappointingly slow. However I'm pleased to say that service has been excellent on my last two visits- one of which was a quiet Thursday morning in January, but most recently I visited on another busy Saturday. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I was impressed at how quickly the child's meal arrived at the table next to me - as the staff member explained they find it best for all concerned if little ones are fed promptly - but the parents' food wasn't far behind, and neither was mine. Given how busy the restaurant was, I didn't expect to receive my food within 15 minutes of ordering, but I was grateful that was the case. My brunch was freshly cooked and delicious. I would happily recommend this restaurant and look forward to another brunch in the not-too-distant future.

   We’ve visited other local Medicines and always really enjoyed the experience and this once didn’t disappoint. Great food, great service. And you can’t leave without visiting their bakery/coffee bar on the mailbox concourse for a fabulous cake to take home. Their bread and cakes are second to none.

   Our food was enjoyed by all apart from the cold hash brown. We hadn't arranged this but our part of 7 were seated in a private dining area - this did mean we were cut off from the ambience of the restaurant and had to seek out service quite a few times- some music played int here or something would have been nice.

    My wife and myself took our little one for Brunch on Sunday last. We had a very lovely time, the team were all very accommodating and the food was great tasting and fresh. Unfortunately we weren’t able to order any juices which was a shame, but these things happen. Over all a very decent experience.

    Have eaten here before and loved it and found the food delicious and great quality. The new menu however isn't so much to our tastes...lots of spicy offerings which don't suit two diners with a chili allergy. We managed to find something suitable but felt the ingredients just weren't up to the usual standard - very little ham with the eggs benedict and both poached eggs totally overcooked plus a few other niggles. Nothing major but just not as good as we've come to expect. Service was great and the décor is delightful but food-wise, we might look elsewhere next time.

    Considering I visited with a friend the week before with a friend I had a totally different experience. This week was busier which meant that staffing was scarce. My latte was cold and I had to ask for a coke again after ordering it 20 mins prior. The food was good. Was a shame that the staffing let the experience down

    Bread was not fresh and it’s spoiled all the experience. Also the French toast not tasted like a French toast, it was cold, stale and hard. Staff was lovely, however it didn’t save the situation.

    This Medicine is not just good for your belly but for the eyes as well. It is located in The Mailbox and has a super modern, clean and posh design. The food is so good, a bit better than the other Medicine in New Street (which is already good). The service was also ok, even tho I had to call a server several times before actually getting their attention but that's irrelevant. Even though it looks pricey it isn't, it shares the same prices as the other Medicine but offers a way better experience.

    Not worth it. Food was cold and bread was over cooked and stale. Waiter just passed bread over to the table instead of actually sorting out our order in first instance. Some of the food was bland and taste like it came out of a can. Wasn’t happy at all.

    The food was nothing to write home about, quite bland but okay. Some of the staff were really nice. Others, like the front of house, were quite cold and abrupt, as though they were above us, possibly because we were a group of lads.

    Booked under 2 bookings as the app could not facilitate bookings for 11 people. Tried to call the restaurant to see if there was any way to accommodate, to which no one answered. On arrival we were rudely asked what we were doing there and when asked if we could have a table together we were rudely told no without even an attempt to accommodate. For a restaurant that tries to be ‘high end’ it was definitely let down by the lady who saw to us at the entrance with extreme attitude and brought a negative mood to the group. The waiters who served us were very nice and the food was also lovely but the experience was ruined by the lady who saw to us at the beginning who created a scene in front of whole restaurant. We were happy to be seated separately in 2 different groups but being made to feel like it was our fault did question if the lady even wanted our service.
