This dining experience is always so relaxing and delicious. We have been going to the Melting Pot for years and are never disappointed. We always get the Big Night Out and it’s delicious! From the cheese fondue to the salad, to the entree and ending with amazing chocolate. Last night’s meal was exceptional and our server Christian was friendly and attentive. We have had him before and will request him again! It was our anniversary and he made the meal a special experience for us! We will be back for sure!

When we arrived at our reservation time we were told by the bartender that it was going to be about 10 minutes to be seated without further explanation. Not a huge deal, but it was just not welcoming at all and we were left feeling like a burden not a guest. Everything was slow and disorganized. The food was good, but it just didn’t meet expectations for a pricier meal for a special occasion. Also, the server apparently didn’t know how to open a bottle of wine so the manager had to do it. She was fairly terrible at it too. I feel like a place that exists on special evenings should train their staff on how to present a bottle of wine and the etiquette that goes along with it.

Liv was absolutely outstanding as our server and her coworker Raee, was an equally outstanding server. They worked together brilliantly to keep all their customers well taken care of. Our Anniversary was a great success thanks to them!!!

I don’t normally write reviews when i dine at restaurants but I wanted to share my experience when I went last week. I had a reservation for 2 people for dinner for my boyfriend’s birthday. When we came in, there was nobody at the host stand so we waited a few minutes for someone to greet us. Someone came over a few minutes after we walked in and took us to a table. He told us our server would be with us shortly. At the table, we literally sat there for 20 minutes with no greet from any server. Nobody even came and checked on us when several servers had walked past our table repeatedly. Finally a girl came over and put the pot on the table and didn’t say a word. I looked at her and said hi how are you and then she responded with good can i get you guys anything to drink? I told her that we were ready to order and we knew what we wanted, and said we just wanted 2 waters. She took our order and then she said she would be right back with our waters. Another 25 minutes go by, and she finally comes back with our 2 waters. So now we’ve been sitting at the table for 45 minutes and only have 2 waters at our table. No apology for the miss greet, no apology for how long she took, nothing. Another 20 minutes she finally comes back with our cheese. Our sever poured way to much beer in the cheese and it had a very overwhelming strong beer taste. We get the same cheese every time and it has never had the strong overpowering beer taste. This was the worst experience i have ever had at the melting pot and i have been here SEVERAL times with my family and we have always had the best experience. I will never be back to the melting pot for this reason. As a sever in the industry i understand to a certain extent, but I would NEVER treat a table like how we were treated that night. Absolutely unacceptable.
