Been here 10 times in a year or so, likely won’t be around much longer. Place is like a morgue, drinks are ridiculously small and servers act like they are doing you a favor. 40 minutes from seating to first cocktail and there were maybe 6 other tables, bad vibes in general and beef quality was more like an Applebee’s house sirloin than filet

Mr. Gilbert, we're sorry your recent visit left you disappointed, especially after coming so often. I hope that the other 9 visits were awesome! Nicole and I have had several conversations with you about Nashville. After your visit on the 16th, right before we went to Nashville, she was so excited to come back and speak to you about your recommendations of places on Broadway. We apologize for the slow cocktail service and the quiet atmosphere when you left at 930. The majority of our dinner reservations were between 5-6 that evening so there were not many tables left around 9pm. We appreciate the feedback and hope you might consider giving us another try. If I can suggest you speak with either Nicole or I so we can remedy any deficiencies before you leave disgruntled in the future.

We had a fantastic evening. Food was good but our server was the best, he went above and beyond for us. I had visited another location some time ago and it was awful. But this location and server really were great!

Had a great time as usual. Except for two things that concerned me tonight with this location in Jacksonville. One this had happened to me several months back where they wanted to sit me near the bar area and I put in for standard reservations, not bar area. This happened again last night and I had to say something to the hostess seating us. Her reply was, oh, I didn’t even look at the ticket ““. And then when she sat us in our booth, we had two wonderful waiters. However, I have never had my food come back to back to back to back with the melting pot. What I mean is we got our cheese and why we were eating our cheese, I got my salad at the same time. Never had that happen before. I was a little thrown off by it. Nevertheless, everything else was great. Hopefully it was just a one time mishap in the case of being set by the bar, maybe it was a two-time mishap, but I will be back.

Thank you for returning and for the kind words. We are disappointed you were seated in the bar despite making a standard reservation and that the hostess did not check the ticket. We also apologize that your salad arrived to close to the cheese course and that it disrupted your meal. We are glad the rest of the evening was great, and we appreciate you letting us know. I will certainly have a discussion with the Hospitality Specialist about the need to read the notes prior to seating and trust that this issue will not happen again. If it slips by us, just mention that you would prefer to sit in the dining room. We look forward to seeing you again soon!!

As Open Table customers, we happened to be the 2nd customers entering the restaurant at 5PM. We were guided one of the few booths in the bar! We asked for anywhere else in the empty restaurant. The actual service was polite, competent, and efficient. The food was excellent. The choices were quite variable and well described. Prices for food and drinks were on the high side, so don't look for any bargains.
