I have never been treated so good by restaurants staff in my life. It was my birthday, and they went all out for no extra cost with a free dessert and a birthday card and the food was fantastic. The ambience was beautiful and I happen to have a friend with me that had never been there and it was just so exciting to watch how they reacted to all this. The interaction with the fondue was a blast and I’m sure we probably overstayed our welcome.

We had a wonderful experience at The Melting Pot! Our waiter was incredibly kind and attentive, and the food was great. They went above and beyond to make my birthday special, even giving me a birthday card, which was such a thoughtful touch. It made the experience feel extra special, and I truly appreciated the kindness. We had a great time and would definitely recommend The Melting Pot!

Love this place, but it’s a bit overpriced. You are definitely paying for the experience. The food is good.

We come here because my son has celiac and needs to be gluten free. They have great options and staff. No problems several times; however, most recently the waitress did bring out the non-gluten free teriyaki steak and teriyaki sauce. Luckily, we caught it since we have been before. We will come back; however, we will continue to double check the wait staff to be safe.

The Melting Pot always is a delight but this time was extraordinary! Our server, Alvin, was so professional and yet very personal and made our evening seem like like we his only customers! The food was excellent and the chef was willing to make an exception and made us the pumpkin spice white chocolate fondue which is not done in Fridays. It was AMAZING! We have been coming here for years and will continue!

Our experience was wonderful. I booked this for my wife's birthday. It made her day to see the happy birthday message to her as we walked in. Our service was excellent and the server was very helpful in answering all of our questions. The food was delicious as well. It was an experience that we would like to do again.

This place was at one point very good. We ordered the alpine fondue which was virtual tasteless and cost way too much for the amount you get. The bread was cold and chewy. The salads were small and limp. I pre-ordered the candlelight + rose pedals for a special birthday surprise and it was not worth $3, let alone $12.99. I will never return here again, which stinks because at one point we loved this place. You’re better off with a box of fondue from the grocery store and fresh bread from your local grocers bakery.

I thought they were skimpy on the oil in the pot when trying to cook. The food stuck to the bottom of the pan and the steak would get too brown on the bottom. We spoke to our waitress about it and she talked to the manager and told us he said oh just kind of hold it up and let it sizzle a little bit then put it in and that didn’t really seem to help so I think they should’ve offered to put a little bit more oil in or give us a new pan. I was disappointed in the fact that the manager didn’t come and talk to us after that or at all during our visit.

We’re sorry the pan seemed skimpy on oil and that your food stuck and the steak burned on the bottom. Thank you for telling us that your server spoke with the manager; we regret that the suggestion to “hold it up” did not help and that the manager never came by. We appreciate the feedback and hope you’ll give us another try.

Lovely evening. Good food, fun, unique dining experience to cook your own food in boiling oil. Service was attentive and professional. Pricing seemed excessive.
