Our waiter was wonderful! Attentive, friendly and very helpful. My only suggestion would be not to serve the entrees so quickly after just receiving the appetizers. Every person who worked there was very friendly, the food was great, especially the queso and the margaritas! We definitely will be back and will recommend to everyone.

We go to this restaurant all the time it’s one of our favorite restaurants. Experience is always great with the servers in the bartenders and the ambience and what not this is the first time that we had a negative experience with the hostess on a pre-reserved reservation but other than that, it was a five star.

Service and food were great! Cleanliness of restaurant, however, was an issue. Sticky menus, a dirty booth and the bathroom garbages were overflowing.

I specifically told the waitress no jalapeños on the burrito and when it came there was a kick, Lips, tongue, mouth throat all had a tingling. Weird. I asked the waitress if there was any jalapeños in the burrito and she said no, only in the sauce on top. Not good. I only ate maybe half then quit. They didn’t ask if they could make a new one for me and by that time the rest at our table were almost done. I asked for a discount and received 25%. Better than nothing but oh well.

Took my wife and niece for my wife’s birthday. Food was amazing, service was great. They let me fumble some Spanish with them. When the bill came it was half of what we were expecting with getting everything from apps, drinks to desserts. Highly recommend.

There were 7 in our party for Happy Hour. Six of us found our drinks extremely watered down. So much so that we decided not to order additional drinks, and instead went home for our cocktail party. It was difficult to find the chicken in our chicken nachos. This restaurant used to be one of our favorites for happy hour. I love Not now. We might give it another chance, but if this experience repeats, it will be our last.

I took a friend to Mezcaluna and one of the big reasons was the flaming queso. This product is advertised on their menu still, so I had no clue they didn’t offer it anymore. They brought queso that they just hand mixed the ingredients and it was silly. The flaming part of this was something unique and absent that, it fell behind some of my other local faves. When I asked about it, they cited a fire code issue and I asked why they still refer to it as “flaming” if that’s. It the case? They were dismissive.

I have been a big fan since Mezcaluna opened at the Clackamas Town Center. The ambiance is always great. The food has been superb. However, I am noticing that the drinks are lacking. The alcohol pours are weak. Not that I want a super strong drink, but if I can't tell after a whole glass that there was any alcohol in the drink then it is a weak pour. Well we had 4 at the table last night and none of us ordered a second because it wasn't worth the cost. We had this very experience the week before, same group of people. Another notice is the excessive ice filling up the glass. The bar has to do better. No shrinkflation on the alcohol in a $17 drink! There are so many ingredients, it appears you are trying to hide the fact it is a weak pour plus it changes the drink and the expectation you have from the drink. We will be back for the food, we enjoy it and the staff very much, but if something isn't obviously different with the drink making, it will be water all the way around from here on out.
