    The food was good but the service was lacking. We ordered a cup of clam chowder and a burger. The burger came out and when we asked where the soup was they then had to scramble to get it. The waitress seemed more interested in taking our alcohol order instead of ensuring that we received our food order correctly.

    Place was almost empty but we were eating early. Hubby got the Cajun shrimp pasta and really liked it. I got a cup of clam chowder, was good and a lobster roll. Disappointed in it. It was large but mostly small shredded lobster with a couple of pieces of claw meat. Tito’s martini was good.

    First time at this restaurant. Decent place and most convenient if you are staying at the hotel. Not a destination restaurant. But definitely a go to restaurant for guests of nearby hotels or office workers. Good meeting place for first time meetings.

    Wow, where to start! I am shocked that the Westin Hotel has this restaurant in their hotel. We were greeted by a man wearing wrinkled jeans and a wrinkled shirt, no smile, no warmth, just took us to our seat. The menu is sparse to say the least. We ordered the award winning clam chowder to start. It tasted like thick goop from a can. The tables are bare and there is zero ambience. There is a distinct smelly odor in the place. I asked my husband to please pay for the app and exit. We did so and went down the street to an excellent steakhouse. Westin management, please eat at your own restaurant! There is zero chance that you would return. Just, no!

    This restaurant was the formulaic "throw an Irish name on a restaurant and they will come" kind of place. not a memorable meal, the server pointedly avoided any but the most necessary communication. The white wine had a distinct rusty flavor. On the plus side, we did not want to leave the hotel it is attached to for the cold and rainy weather outside, and we were no longer hungry when we left.

    On line your website said at both locations 3-13 thru 3-19 Irish meals. You did not have it. Disappointed. The food we had was fair, nothing special. I expected more for a $254 evening.

    The manager was very helpful in finding my reservation and the rest of my party in a very busy restaurant. The server could not answer the question about what the best dish was in the restaurant, but warmed up a bit later.

    We were staying at the Westin, so decided to make a reservation for MJ O'Connor's, expecting just the basic comfort food and a casual dinner. I was pleasantly surprised at how AMAZING the bourbon onion grilled cheese was!!! One of the best sandwiches I've ever had (and I've had a lot) LOL. Thumbs up!!

    Food was good and a small menu keeps everything fresh. BBQ flatbread was awesome and the house burger with irish bacon was really good, but the caprese "panini" was cold and had not been pressed or grilled so it really wasn't a panini at all. The fries were fantastic... Service was miserable and I had to go up to the bar to get appetizer plates, extra napkins, and find our server (who was very busy chatting with coworkers in the service bar area the whole time) for our bill and a second drink.

    Drinks were well made and the grilled chicken sandwiches were outstanding - best sandwiches we have had in awhile. Don't be dissuaded by the fact that this restaurant is attached to a hotel - really great spot for a bit to eat before a show!

    I was very disappointed. Service was slow, can’t blame the waitress, she was very nice, but for an not very crowded place, service was slow. And the menu could really use a this decade overhaul. Drink service was the slowest. Instead of a tray with most meals on it a very nonchalant server took 3 trips to bring food for 9 ppl - 2 had soup - a bowl - a rather small bowl - 2 had flat bread - asked for a burger with no lettuce or tomato- came with lettuce and tomato - the Mac and cheese had a smoky flavour and unappealing taste. No I would not eat here again.

    My son had the kids pasta but it was just a small bowl of noodles soaked in butter. Nothing else came with it. I had a chicken sandwich and Cesar salad. The sales was frozen and had way to much dressing. The wine was cheap. The only good thing was the service and the gluten free role.

    I will never go back. The waitress was extremely rude and did not even want to tell me what they had for dressings. She told me they didn’t have blue cheese dressing and that’s why buffalo chicken fingers weren’t on the menu. The menu online did not match the menu on open table. We had to stack our dirty plates so the waitress could finally take the plates from our table. We were never asked if we wanted dessert. Horrible service. Also if the waitress is going to smoke maybe she shouldn’t do it where the customers walk out of!

    We went before a show at the convention center. Our waitress was exceptional - we asked for an opinion between two dinner choices and she had an opinion and explained it! And the meal was really good. It ws comfortable and pleasant in the restaurant and we would go back again.

    The service was slow but that could have been due to the time of day. My mother had a pepper allergy and most of their food had pepper in it so that made it a bit of a challenge but overall the food was what you would expect at a bar. The one thing you should be aware of when coming here is that it is $16 to park in the parking garage even after the restaurant validation. It made for a pricey lunch for us as we were a party of 8 traveling in 3 cars.

    Despite a reservation, we were seated in a very loud and crowded bar area. After waiting at least 10 minutes, our drink order was finally taken. Another 15 minutes followed before we had to ask for our waiter to place our food order. Our waiter finally returned and yelled, "What do you want?!" at us. I eat out regularly and have never experienced such poor service - we almost left no tip.

    Great food and service. The restaurant was quiet so the bartender served us at our table. He was very friendly and provided excellent service.
