   Everything went so well! Was a 21st birthday dinner with 8 people, our server Brandi handled multiple different allergies and a big table amazingly! Thank you for everything!

   Service was very good despite problems with them making a mistake on gift cards we had. They should tell you ahead that they only cover $8/table for parking despite parking costing $18.90. We didn't have time to look for other parking when we found out in the parking lot. Food was quite tasty. Loved the complimentary rose wine sample.

   We had a party of 20 that ranged in ages from 1 to 80. Our server Khedi was excellent. Like a true professional she made it look easy and really enhanced our experience! Well done!

    I had reserved a table for my birthday there for a party of 20 (but there ended up being closer to 10 people). Get there and instead of one big table or two tables together it was split into 4 different tables in the main area, which was odd. It became obvious we were being a bit too loud for that part of the restaurant so they asked us if we wanted to move to a different more quiet private area which was great, we could all actually sit together there. The first hour and a half we had great service, we ordered a lot of food and drinks with no issues. After that it felt like we were completely forgotten about sadly, I had to go find our server and ask them to come see us. This ultimately lead us to leave to go somewhere else the rest of the evening. Overall, 3/5 wouldn’t plan another large gathering there but the food and drinks were fine.

    Went for family birthday. Arrived to set table and a excited waitress. Level of food was unbelievable. Service was fast was made aware of all specials. Not our first time here and definitely not our last.

    Happy hour pricing was ok but nothing great. Food was very good. Was nice to have happy hour hours extended to all day. Waiting staff had a few problems bringing our food out with some of it not being ours and wrong order size. Waiting staff need to ask patrons for Sandman parking tickets to credit meal. Staff needs to be trained on how to do credits. Manager provided a work around for us.

    The food was really great but the service was not. Service started out great but waitress forgot too enter two of our orders. Instead of telling the truth she blamed the kitchen. The manager tried to make it right and comp’d us the two meals. We sat outside, which was quite noisy due to the C-Train and fire trucks on 7th Ave.

    This was our second disappointing experience at this location. Our drinks took forever to come out, and didn’t come until our food arrived. The guacamole we had was unripe, and had multiple pieces of avocado that would not mash because of how unripe they were. The service was not great, which was disappointing as there was only a few tables, and a lot of staff who were hanging out in booths. Probably won’t be coming back

    It was for my Birthday celebration and two other of my friends birthday as well. We served by Alex and she is great. I love my shrimp tacos, and my chili lime margarita. The appetizer was really good too. Thanks Moxies Downtown.

    Went for my birthday. The food was really great. Those lettuce wraps taste great. The prices have hiked quite a lot since my last visit but I guess the pandemic had a lot to do with that. Always a fan of Moxies happy hour and their chilled modern vibe

    Great Valentine's Experience! The setting downtown is so nice! After the meal, we went for a nice walk down Stephen's Avenue and enjoyed the lights and the mild evening. The staff at the restaurant were very helpful and attentive. They seated us as requested in our reservation with a great view outside. The food was great and very satisfying. The building is a bit older, so there are some interesting pathways to get to washrooms that wouldn't exist in a newer facility. Overall, a great place for a great date!

    Was there for my birthday dinner. Literally only 1 other table besides ours. Party of 6. First we had to wait 10 minutes for someone to even come to the front desk, we already had a reservation too. Then had to wait 25+ minutes for our simple water to show up. I would understand if they were busy, but that was just not the case. I’m not usually one to complain because I understand this industry, but the restaurant was literally empty & it took much much longer than it should have for basic service. Waitress/manager (only 2 working up front) didn’t check in for our food order for another 15 minutes. Didn’t want to ruin the rest of our night, so we just got up and left. Went elsewhere much busier and actually got proper service. Just disappointed overall.
