MT. TERRASSE is Mount Eliza's tapas bar & restaurant.
A stylish & intimate venue in the heart of Mount Eliza on the Mornington Peninsula.
Stunning décor and quality furnishings can be seen with every detail – the wall tiles to it’s sunkissed outdoor area will constantly remind guests of the atmosphere from parts of Europe.

Great service, lovely food and good value. Only issue was it was a little cold in there but it was a cold blowy night.

We had breakfast at Mt Terrasse on Sunday, and it was excellent. The food was fresh, well-presented and full of flavour. Service was friendly, attentive and welcoming without being over the top. The atmosphere was relaxed and made for a great start to the day. It's clear the team takes pride in what they do. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

Very bland and flavourless pastas. Worse matcha latte I’ve tried with no matcha taste. Otherwise ambience and service was good, with friendly staff.

It was my first time dining at Mt Terrasse so was looking forward to it. When we arrived there was only one other couple there. We ordered a drink which seemed to take ages to arrive considering there weren’t many people in the restaurant, we then ordered our food and by that time another group of people had arrived, but found the service again to be slow. Whilst my meal was lovely - I had the salmon and vegetables, my friend said her meal was nice but a little bland. We sat and talked after our meal for quite a while before the waiter asked if we would like another drink, we then asked for the dessert menu and ordered, again took a while to arrive, but was delicious. Our waiter was pleasant, the food quite nice, the service quite slow, and it was quite chilly, even though they had the heaters on. I did however think it was value for money.

MtTerrasse is now under new management. Pleased to report that a lovely family has taken over the reigns and it seems in great hands. We were there for a family 16th birthday dinner and the staff suitably fussed over the birthday girl.

we ordered, paid, but we did not receive our food. We were told after about 1 hour that our order did not go through, and were refunded our money.

We have always enjoyed our experiences eating at this venue and the food has always been amazing. This time we left very disappointed after a bad but expensive meal. It is usually great, so don’t necessarily be put off by this.
