The restaurant was actually closed. Why Open Table gave us a reservation on a night they were closed is baffling to me.

We had a beautiful outdoor table with a great view. The ambiance is tranquil. The live music is a nice addition. The food and service were very good.

We had a beautiful dinner. My daughter had the mashed potatoes, asparagus, and steak. And I had the salmon with the macaroni and cheese and broccolini. We shared the tuna raw appetizer. Everything was fantastic. We also had some drinks and the service was exceptional and they had a young man playing saxophone and his music was a great addition to our evening. Thanks for a wonderful night. We hope to come back one day. The staff was a pleasure to talk to.

Delicious appetizers and food, drinks were perfect and service was excellent. We always make it a point to dine here when we’re in Antigua. Highly recommend.

there was no one there. staff didnt know we had reservation, made rude comments, and then took 30 minutes to set the table up. Then it took 1.5 hours to receive the food (after they commented "that's all?" after each entree was ordered.) After reading back the order, they forgot my entree and advised that we don't wait for it- "reorder" it- so they advised that I, the paying adult, didn't have dinner but pay 55$ for a plate of ravioli.

NaCl was one of the reasons we went to Hodges Bay. The vacation was great, NaCl was ok. Service was outstanding as it was everywhere in the resort. The view was great. The food was disappointing after reading reviews about the “top restaurant in the Caribbean.” Positives - The butternut squash ravioli was tiny but was the best plate of food the entire vacation and rivals any modern Italian restaurant in Ontario. Duck spring rolls were a very tasty appetizer. We tried 2 desserts and both were very good. Neutral- The ceviche wasn’t really ceviche, there was no acidity to give it flavor so it ended up just being closer to sashimi than ceviche. Negative - The lowlight was definitely the swordfish, the most expensive plate of food the entire week and the worst plate of food the entire week...it was so overcooked it had the texture of a VERY well done pork chop not a piece of fish and other than the olives on top it really wasn’t seasoned.
