Our dining experience was extremely disappointing from beginning to end. It took quite a while for our server to greet us and take our orders, and we waited approximately 35 minutes for our appetizer of jerk chicken wings. When we asked about the delay, our server blamed the kitchen. Unfortunately, things only got worse. We waited approximately an hour for our main courses of oxtail, lamb chops, and snapper, accompanied by rice and peas, candied yams, and cabbage. While we were waiting, our server informed us that we had to move to another table because a large party was arriving and they needed our seats. Having to relocate after such a long wait was frustrating and added to an already unpleasant experience. When our food finally arrived, the sides were cold, the oxtail consisted mostly of bones, and the rice and peas were flavorless. The quality of the food did not justify the excessive wait or the inconvenience we experienced. We were so dissatisfied that we left most of our food behind and chose not to take the leftovers home. Between the poor service, excessive delays, being asked to move tables, and disappointing food quality, this was an unacceptable dining experience. We will not be returning, and we cannot recommend this restaurant based on our experience.

We made and confirmed a reservation but when we arrived at the correct time, the venue was closed for a private event. No communication is not good!

Our server, Trinity, was very good. She made sure we had everything we needed and was very lovely. But the food was amazing!! Everything came out timely, fresh and hot. The drinks were good as well! The oxtails and lamb chops were so tender! They are NOT stingy with the food. You will be full and have leftovers. I will be back again!
