Led by award-winning, nationally-recognized chef Jason Knibb, NINE-TEN offers the perfect combination of sophistication and casual elegance and an ideal location along lively Prospect Street in the Village of La Jolla. Recognized with MICHELIN distinction, NINE-TEN’s globally-inspired, locally-sourced cuisine features the best of the harvest from local artisans where products are selected daily for the restaurant’s seasonal menus. Dine indoors or al fresco on our sidewalk patio or back terrace with peek views of the Pacific Ocean. Heaters and blankets are available during the colder weather. Private dining rooms are also available for groups of 8 or more. Breakfast is served Wednesday through Friday, 7 am to 11 am. Brunch is served Saturday & Sunday, 7 am to 2 pm. Lunch is served Wednesday through Friday, 11:30 am to 2 pm. And dinner service is available Wednesday through Sunday, 5 pm to 9 pm. We look forward to seeing you soon.

The staff were lovely, it was our wedding anniversary dinner and they were very sweet constantly congratulating us on it! Food was delicious, cocktails as well, and by going on the earlier side and sitting outside it was very nice and quiet and relaxing!

We had a lovely dinner at Nine-Ten. The salads were so flavorful and they let us split them so we could both try many of them. They did really creative flavor combinations and all of the ingredients tasted really fresh! I ordered two cocktails; Lovers in Paris and the Paloma. The latter was so sweet I couldn't get any other flavor from it, the Paloma was too smokey for me but other flavors were present. The entrees were large servings, we took some home with us, and the dessert was good. The service was great! Everyone was on point and super friendly.

We really enjoy our lunch at Nine-Ten. My husband claims that his burger with truffle fries is the best ever and he is picky when it comes to his burgers. My spaghettini with clams was good as usual. Our server Robert was great as usual.

We love the restaurant and have brought a lot of our friends there on several occasions for the Cacio E Pepe. This time our Cacio E Pepe was not good, I even ordered a second one on Sunday night thinking that maybe it was me or it was just that batch, but no it wasn't. The rest of the food as always was outstanding, but the Cacio E Pepe was what I wanted and looked forward to so badly.

From the moment one drives up, with attentive valets and warm welcome inside, it's a pleasure to be there. I had a newer item, so bright with flavors yet light. The service is always caring yet non-intrusive. One of my favorites!

The food was outstanding - lamb and duck. Presentation is absolutely lovely. The hostess and folks who brought our food were terrific, though our primary waiter was rushed and at one point complained about how busy it was 'out front' - we felt like we were and imposition and I suspect with the reputation they have, it was an off-night for him. We would definitely recommend a visit to Nine Ten.

The food was incredible! Every dish was amazing! The duck tasted like winter and the halibut like summer…The desserts were phenomenal, too. Service was appropriately attentive. Highly recommend!!!
