   Food was great. Have been many times and the food quality and taste is always consistent. The service was just ok. Nothing horrible but definitely lacked important basics. Wait staff dropped stuff off and ran away. Never got the opportunity to ask for refills. For one, our water was never refilled and two we unfortunately were never given the chance to order more drinks from the bar. We would have easily spent another $20-30 on drinks. The appetizers were brought without plates. Had to wait a while to find anyone to even ask. Could see several wait staff standing together talking several times. So while yes it was a busy night, they still had time to chat. Our table was very small and our large appetizer board was never cleared and we tried to get the buss staff’s attention, but they looked right at it and walked away. I would never take it as far as speaking to a manager, but they should at least have had a manager walking around to help staff and point out issues or at least help clear plates. Again no big issues, was overall very happy with the food and ambiance

   Food was awful. Pasta was tasteless…basically Franco American pasta in a can. Chicken Parm was over cooked shoe leather. So noisy we couldn’t hear each other. Don’t recommend and won’t go back!

   The food and environment were fantastic, I just think the price of the food and the tiny portion really didn’t make much sense. I was not full once I left, but I had a good time.

   Food was ok. I was at least somewhat satisfied until I found a hair in my meal. Then I was charged for the replacement. It seemed like a big deal to take the bolognese pasta off. I would rather go elsewhere for Italian food.

   The food was and still is very good. I have not had one bad meal ever. The wait staff has always been attentive and professional. This time we had the professionalism and pleasure of Lena:) One of our past complaints was that, on at least 2 occasions, all of the food arrived at once, which kind of ruined our dining experience. I'm not sure if they've gotten that straightened out because we didn't take any chances. We purposely slow ordered our courses to ensure that would not happen. That being said, I am a huge fan of North Italia and highly recommend it.

   My best friend & I went for restaurant week to celebrate her birthday and our server Anna was AMAZING! She gave the best recommendations for the restaurant and was the sweetest. Her service alone made me want to come back before I even left. The food was delicious and came out very quickly. I will definitely be back to enjoy more menu options and to try the brunch menu.

    Good food, martini was about 1/2 the size and double the price , food also too expensive for pasta and pizza? Was $100/couple for salads, pizza and pasta and 1 drink each not including tip. Staff friendly.

    Food arrived late. Dessert served was not what was ordered. Food was tasty but please when you serve pasta dishes have the basic sense to offer parmegiano on the side or have it served.

    Had the Fungi pizza as a Vegetarian option and it was fantastic! I am usually picky about my pizza, not too done, crispy etc. This was done really well.

    The restaurant dining room needs updates! The booth we sat in was torn with a massive hole, back part of the booth splatter with bleach marks on the furniture. I liked the overall ambience of the building. The view was nice and open space was also a plus. The food was OK the shrimp scampi, appetizer, amazing, garlic, bread, and truffles outstanding but the entrées left much to be desired. Not too many choices for main dishes

    Our experience was VERY Poor! We went for lunch around 3pm they only serviced breakfast or brunch which was extremely small menu.we were fine with it till our waitress showed up. She seemed to have a issue with us, giving myself a attitude for no reason. I was very nice and polite. My drink was made wrong I politely asked her if it could just be remade. It took forever for a single drink to come back When she finally did bring it to the table she didn’t stop just extended her arm almost throwing on the table well she was walking away. I took a sip of the drink it tasty very strange to me almost Like dirty water. I saw her standing near my table watching us then coming over to ask in a very sarcastic manner if the drink with me correctly this time. I then took another sip and really tasted the dirty water flavor. I didn’t want to make a fuss so I told her it was fine. Smiled and she walked away. I told my friend I won’t drink it and why he then took a sip and also tasted the dirty water flavor. He also noticed how her demeanor was to me and said something to me about it. I then agreed we should leave I was in no way going to trust this women with my entrée. I went looking for someone else to give us the bill this guy noticed and I kindly let him know I just want the bill and why. All of a sudden our so busy could care less waitress was standing near this man after she noticed we asked to leave. Not once did she apologize, acknowledge her wrong doing, smile or even was remotely nice to myself. I don’t know what the issue was but If it was over asking to redo a drink then she needs to have a reality check. All in the while 4 men I’m assuming were all managers were standing around in the dinning area just hanging out talking to one another not working, checking on guests are seeing if their employees are even working and doing their jobs properly this might explain her work ethic. I did call the manager and spoke with josh he seemed to care less didn’t offer a solution.

    My wife and I were visiting the mall and were looking for a bite close by. The restaurant is conveniently located on the perimeter. This is a franchise but the food and cocktails were quite good. The calamari starter was good, the lentil soup was a tad bit salty, but the pig (meat) pizza and chicken pesto pasta were tasty and well cooked. We had tiramisu and apple butter cake with caramel gelato which were both excellent, especially the tiramisu. Pricing is reasonable, especially after the visiting the luxury brand section of the mall ($2400 Ralph Lauren sweaters!) The waiter was a little grumpy.

    Excellent service though very busy on a Saturfay night. This caused a delay in reserved seating but this was the only hiccup of the night. Food and drinks were great and I cannot commend the service staff more for their attentiveness and care of their guests.

    Too noisy to enjoy time with friends. We kept asking for music to be turned down. They would comply and within 5 minutes it would be turned up again. Then they lowered the lights so much you could not read the menu. We used to love this place, but, not sure if we will return.

    Service was pretty bad. We waited 15 minutes after reserving a table for us to get a waiter, and we had to ask for one. The service wasn’t very warm, food came out at a good time, but we were rarely checked in. One waitress in particular was rude, acting miserable when bringing out dishes, and not acknowledging our thank yous. Also, half the servers seemed to be joking around and you’d rarely see them waiting tables. On a Saturday night, it just seemed unprofessional Not sure if it was a bad night, but we will not be returning

    We were pleased with our first visit. We enjoyed a very nice salad and. A great pizza. Our server was pleasant and attentive. Only complaint was that with hard surfaces, noise level was quite high.

    Went for lunch with my Dad. Our second trip as a family. Waited forever for entrees and only 2/3rds of the food showed up. Wait staff reminded we were waiting after another 10 mins. Eventually the chicken fingers and salad we were waiting for came out… the salad was not made as ordered. Basically just sucked it all up to speed up the experience. The spicy vodka sauce was a highlight of my experience.

    This is the first review I’ve ever written but I feel that I have to. We really wanted to love it here bc of the convenience to the mall. We normally go to Eddie Vs when shopping but it’s so hard to get a reservation there. It started out very good. We had 2 orders of Calamari for an app and that was great! Then dinner came. I ordered the Pesto Chicken pasta and when it was put in front of me the serving size was comically small. I thought I was mistakenly given a half order. The chicken was a fraction of a piece and there was barely any pasta. I finished my plate and was still hungry, nothing worse. As a reference, I am 5’5” and wear a size 2. I’ve never finished a pasta dinner. My son ordered the Penne Vodka and the waitress told him she can arrange so that the sauce is 1/2 red and 1/2 white so it wouldn’t be spicy. It came spicy and he couldn’t eat it. Then they forgot his fries and brought them out 20min later. I ordered the donut dessert w a candle for my sons bday (at the beginning of the meal in secret so he didn’t know) then we ordered 3 Gelatos. They brought the gelato out w a candle and the donuts didn’t come til 20min later. Now I understand why there were so many available reservations here. Our waitress was very nice but didn’t really come to check on us. We would have been better off at The Shake Shack. We would have left full and out food would have been served on time and all together.

    We waited 31 min at our table before we got a waiter. We went to the front to tell the host that no one came to our table. We watched the people next to us leave , their table was reset and a new party arrived and was served before we got a waiter. They weren’t short staffed because there were some staff just waiting around. I was about to leave and a waiter came over and said he could help us …..
