Over dit restaurant

  • Hotspot
  • Kindvriendelijk
Open Road Distilling Co. is a craft distillery and tasting room located in the heart of Reston Town Center. We distill our American Vodka and American Gin on-site and hand-blend our Eagle Eye Rye and Independence Bourbon — all under the direction of Head Distiller Michael McElroy. Sip them neat, in a flight, or in one of our signature cocktails built to showcase every bottle we make.

Beyond the bar, we offer a menu of shareable bites designed to pair with our spirits, from Wagyu Meatballs and Short Rib & Cheese Sliders to Belgian Style Moules Frites and Crispy Calamari. We also offer tours of the distillery so you can see firsthand how our spirits are made. Whether you're stopping in for a cocktail, gathering with friends over a few bites, or exploring the distillery floor, Open Road is a one-of-a-kind experience in Northern Virginia.

I went for the alcohol tasting room (didn't have any food), and it was lovely. Learned a lot about how they make their bottles and a bit about how that compares with other distillers, too.

We live in California and we’re in town for a company meeting. Open Road was recommended by a colleague and it did not disappoint! Great food, service, and drinks! I highly recommend for anyone looking for an upscale, welcoming and delicious dining experience.

The food was extremely flavorful and the portions abundant. Also felt the prices were reasonable for Reston Town Center. The cocktails were so well prepared by Mary. Will absolutely return, a new favorite place.
